I woke up from my nap and saw that Clay was gone. I checked the time and it was three in the morning. I got up and walked to the living room. I sat on the couch and put on the tv. I got three episodes into a series before Clay burst through the door with a bag in his hands. I stood up and walked towards him looking at the bag.

The next day I woke up to voices at the door. Another officer was there talking to Clay. I walked up to him and tried to wrap my arms around him, but he pushed me back as if he were protecting me.
"Sir are you aware your roommate robbed a bank last night." I was shocked I looked at the officer.
"But he was with me last night!" Clay took his arm and put it around me.
"We have it on tape if you want to watch." Clay said to the officer. They asked for the recording and Clay handed it to them. The guard started watching the recording then closed it halfway through and gave it back.
"Have a nice night folks." They said blushing and running back to their car. I pushed Clay away from me.
"I'm an alibi!" I whisper yell
"I love you too!" He yells back in a regular tone. I then turn around and see that the bag he was carrying this morning was missing. I turned to Clay,
"Where's the bag Clay." I say and cross my arms. He points at the pantry. I run over and get the bag out. He watches as I open the bag.
Stacks of cash lined the entirety of it. But on top was his mask and a gun.
