"Alexei!" I hugged her tightly. "Irina! What happened?" I said excited to see my cousin. "I could ask you the same thing mister." I sighed heavily. "I'm sorry for asking." She said . "NO no it's alright. It was just a hard night." The truck started rumbling along the dirt road again. "It was a hard night for everyone." She replies with an empty expression on her face. The minutes pass in silence until finally She starts talking. "They burst in and they shot him." Tears were now streaming down her face but she continued her story. "They shot Felix and spit on him calling him a damned traitor and then one of them grabbed me and tried to put me in a truck but i struggled. and then and the-" She tried to finish her sentence but the tears were choking her back. "It's ok Irina. You don't have to talk about it." I say as kindly as i can. "NO No i have to say it or it didn't happen i have to say it." She burst out in tears but then she regained herself and continued her story. "They threw me in the mud and stepped on me. Calling me princess and a traitor to my country. Then i broke away and i saw a truck and i ran the fastest I've ever run before." She was sitting in a ball rocking with her eyes closed as if she were reliving it. "I'm so sorry." I say. "You lost your whole family. Don't be sorry for me." I almost said no i didn't but then i remember that Mikhail told me not to tell anyone the Tsar was alive. "You deserve sympathy too." And i hugged her tightly. We just sat there for what seemed like hours clinging to each other and crying. Finally the truck stopped and Mikhail cam around the back and we finally let go of each other. "Time to get out of here Missy. And remember that if you tell anyone that he is alive i will find you and gut you myself" He says menacingly. Irina looked horrified. "No." I say simply. "What?" Mikhail said. "I said no. You need me to get me back on the throne and if Irina doesn't come then i will not help." Mikhail scowled deeply. "Fine" He said with rage. "She will be your future wife for propaganda purposes."
