Above: A Formal Picture Of Alix 1899
"With child?" I say my voice barely above a whisper. I feel as though i'm going to faint and i have to steady myself at the foot of the bed. "It can only be my husband's i have been with no other man." I say fiercely defending my honor and my pride. "I must go i cannot disgrace you like this." I say to Annika. "You cannot go in this condition." Annika pleads with me. "I thank you very much for your hospitality and your kindness but i have been here too long and i must be on my way." I say as a perfect house guest should. And i hug her tightly i would have never done this when i was Tsarina but i am changed now and if i have a son he could potentially take back the throne one day from that tyrannical Lenin."Please i beg you don't go the child may not survive." I want to tell her that i do have a surviving child and that i must find her. "It's a risk i have to take." I say to her and untangle myself from her embrace. We both somberly go down the farmhouse stairs looking very Ethereal as i have my now light blonde hair half up half down and wearing a flowing creamy white dress. "Thank you again Annika." I say for the last time."It's been a pleasure" Annika says with tears in her eyes. Then i walk out of the farmhouse for the last time. And i start my journey. I must find my daughter. I must. That is my fate it must be. It is either that or produce another heir. I start walking towards town now looking utterly unrecognizable. So i do not have to worry about being recognized and arrested. Then another dizzy spell came on and i had to sit down for a few moments and i got so dizzy i almost vomited all over the front of me. But i have to keep going i must i have to find her no matter what obstacles stand in my way i will overcome them. And then i saw the newspaper headlines and my heart exploded and shattered all at the same time.
