Blaine and Sam see that there's a signup sheet on the bulletin board for Grease auditions.
"Auditions are tomorrow. As president and vice president, we can pretty much decree which ever parts we want, right?" Sam asks.
Blaine sighs. "I'm not sure I'm gonna do the musical this year. I'm not in the right headspace to do a project like Grease. Since Charlie and I broke up, I haven't slept, I lost my appetite. I don't even gel on weekends."
"This is pretty serious, then." Sam says.
Blaine sighs sadly. "Sam, Charlie was my soulmate. We talked about spending the rest of our lives together. About retiring in Provincetown and buying a lighthouse and starting an artists' colony. And now he won't even return my calls. He won't text me. Hell, he won't even talk to me or sit by me in glee club. He's gone. Maybe forever." He laments.
Sam sighs and pats Blaine's shoulder. "Dude, I get it, except for the lighthouse part. But look, everybody's been there. You'll get through it."
Blaine walks with Sam down the hall when he glimpses at the back of Charlie's head.
Blaine couldn't help but cry all the time. He had something good with Charlie. And that something good was ruined in seconds because of Blaine.
Blaine never wanted to be forgiven.

Violet opens her locker with Charlie standing next to her. "I'm thinking of auditioning for Rizzo, but I have no idea what song I want to sing for my audition."
Charlie shrugs. "You'd kill any song you could sing. Artie would love it; I mean, you auditioned for West Side Story with an Evanescence song." He says softly.
Violet looks back to one of her gay best friends and frowns. "Crap. I'm sorry. Here I am talking about a musical when you're still going through your breakup. Tell you what? I'm not auditioning."
Charlie raises an eyebrow at her. "And have you miss the chance of a lifetime to be Rizzo in Grease? No way. You and I are going over to my house after school, and we're going to pilfer through every song I have until we find your audition song."
Violet smiles sadly. "Are you sure you want to do this? We don't have to."
Charlie gives her a smile. "I want to. Anything to take my mind off of Blaine."

Violet walks into Charlie's house with a smile. "It's been a minute since I've been to your house." She says.
Charlie laughs gently. "Yeah it has been." He agrees.
Suddenly, Margaret Smythe walks into the room. "Oh Charlie, why didn't you tell me you were having Violet over?"
