IT WAS A POWER STRUGGLE.
That's the only way Eva could describe what was happening. A power struggle. Before, it had been navigating the horrors of her own brain, seeing everything she'd lost, fighting off the wolves, and the barriers that the Blakkr put up.
Everything had made sense then. Well, not sense, exactly - but she could understand it. Eva had to fight against the Blakkr's protections. But this? This wasn't fighting.
This was seeing who was stronger.
It was a force. it was extending Eva's magic and strength in ways that she never deemed possible. Before this, she had used whisps of magics. Restrained, careful, portioned.
But here she was, in the deepest, darkest part of the Blakkr, and she was using everything she got. Eva was no stranger to being tired, to be in pain - but this was something unimaginable.
She was creating a force to block out the Blakkr from entering her mind. It was in her body, it knew all her memories - but if she could just keep it away from her thoughts, her planning, maybe she could get out of this mess.
Well, it was that or dying in a Jotun battle.

BATTLE WAS WHERE EVA BELONGED.
Coincidentally, it's where the Blakkr belonged, as well.
So it was well suited that she was there, on the front lines of the Einherjar, with seven daggers tucked securely against her limbs, and her mother's sword effortlessly spinning her hands. Given, Eva would be encased with Thor and Frigga at her side, and Loki behind her, just in case the Blakkr wanted to act out.
which, it totally could, because honestly, Eva was just handing herself over. After all, there'd be like a million different battles to be fought, and the Blakkr hardly needed her help. Eva decided she'd be trying to navigate the maze of the Blakkr. After all, it'd be preoccupied and Eva needed to slip around...
"Where did you get that sword?" Loki asked suddenly, his eyes training on the familiar weapon his possessed daughter was yielding so comfortably.
"Anna stole it," the Blakkr provide, eyes filling with ink again. "I've taken it back."
Loki narrowed his eyes, "I thought-"
"Yes," the Blakkr confirmed his unspoken thoughts without another look. "It was supposedly lost in battle. However, it seems Anna got her sticky little-"
"Prince Loki!" Dagny exclaimed, cutting off the Blakkr who was grumbling to themself. Loki noted that Eva had not been present in the front of her own mind for some time now.
