All I have t say really is that School is a bitch right now. Homework is piling up and I'm falling behind. I will try to get these out as often as I can but please don't get mad at me if I disappear until next month. I am trying my best. I'll have more time during the holidays to finish the book so, hopefully, it will be done by 2021.
Anyway, hope y'all enjoy this one!

"Work it, girl!" I call out from the stands.
"Yaass, queen!" Luka follows my lead. This kid and I are basically siblings at this point.
My girlfriend finishes her posing with Adrien then joins me on the side while Adrien continues to strut. She sits next to me and I immediately kiss her cheek.
"Babe! That was amazing!" I praise. "If I didn't know better, I'd think you were a supermodel!"
"Thanks, Y/N," Mari replies bashfully.
I take her hand and place a chaste kiss upon it. She blushes while I turn back to the stage to cheer on Adrien.
"That's my best friend!" I call out."Look at him go!" He turns a little red from embarrassment but quickly shakes it off.
Luka leans in my ear. "Bitch, I hit that last night," he mumbles.
I choke on air. I elbow his ribs. "Dude!" He only chuckles as we continue to cheer Adrien on.
Alya is live streaming the whole thing which I think is okay? I'm not sure, but I hope she doesn't get in trouble for that.
Suddenly, the rainbow lighting changes to all green and the music slows. What the fuck is going on? I turn the entrance of the stage and Gabriel Agreste is standing there. What the hell...?
No one speaks. Adrien looks terrified.
Gabriel walks up to his son. It looks menacing but I can't tell if that's intentional or not. He stops in front of Adrien and the younger Agreste removes his hat out of respect.
Seconds pass, maybe minutes, I can't tell, and Gabriel wraps his arms around his son. Adrien freezes at the gesture but does return it after processing that his father is hugging him. In public.
Cameras go crazy. Everyone wants to capture the moment of Gabriel showing his face in public for the first time since his wife died AND openly expressing affection towards his son.
As amazing and wonderful this moment is, I can't help but feel a little suspicious. Not that I'm not grateful or happy about the situation, but where did this come from? What spurred Gabriel to do this? Something must have happened, right? Gabriel isn't one for spontaneity. Something with Nathalie, maybe? Something is up, I can feel it. But what?
The show ends and we - meaning Mari, her parents, me and Adrien - all follow Gabriel to the Bourgeois's.
"My dear Audrey," Gabriel addresses the Style Queen, "I heard about the unforgivable misfortune you had to endure." We all stop in front of the prestigious family.
"I'm still quite overwhelmed," Audrey admits.
"I want you to know that I fired the person responsible for the misunderstanding," Gabriel responds. Wait... He fired Nathalie??!! He wouldn't! Maybe just the seating coordinator. No way did he fire Nathalie! "Only one row in the house is befitting to Audrey Bourgeois and that's the first." Brown nose, brown nose, brown nose!
Audrey smiles smugly. "Let's not over-do, huh, Gabriel?" I feel like throwing up.
"Did you enjoy the show?" Gabriel asks.
