REVELATION

Everyone was stunned with what Mahira has just confessed; this was a very big blow to them. This wasn't the girl they knew, whom they played with when they were young. She was their childhood friend and Mahesh treated her like his own daughter: how could she have turned out this evil. For Sheilyn they can justify it because they didn't know her that well; she's a friend's daughter but Mahira was like family. Karan was seated down taking in all that was being said, he was angry at himself, at himself for letting things escalate like that, for letting his best friend go through all that humiliation because no one believed her, he should've paid much attention to what was happening around him; he kept a blank face so they couldn't see that he was breaking deep inside his heart, he knew it was only a matter of time before he reacted and he has no idea how he's gonna do that however he promised himself to listen and see what's gonna happen. He was eager to know the truth, though he already knows that Preeta is innocent by now considering what he's heard so far but , he wanted to know more. If he learnt something from Preeta it  was to be stay calm in any situations.

"You asked us for forgiveness right?, well if you want us to forgive you, tell us everything you know about Sheilyn and don't lie to us, you owe us the truth; don't you think so?" Sammy told Mahira. She was feeling scared and didn't know where to begin from. So Karina shouted at her and ordered her to answer what was being asked.
"Everything I know started from the divorce and alimony papers that were sent to Karan, at first I thought it was Preeta who sent them  like everyone else, but then I heard talking to someone on phone saying how everything has gone according to plan and that everyone thinks Preeta is responsible.  I confronted her about it but she convinced me that; this is what is needed to separate Karan and Preeta. We took advantage of the situation and convinced you that Preeta wasn't the right person to have as a daughter-in-law and Karan's wife and she had also been accused of attempted murder of uncle Mahesh. So it become even easy  with aunt Karina's help" Mahira said. Hearing this made many cringe and for Karina she knew she has messed up and was already regretting. She went on to say that, it was Sheilyn's idea to push uncle Mahesh off the stairs but I have already told you that and I apologize for it.

Out of the blue, Shristi approached her and slapped her hard, telling her how she and Sheilyn had ruined her sister's life. "Your are a devil Mahira, I hope you burn in hell you bitch, I swear to GOd am gonna make you pay that I promise you" Sammy came and got her away from Mahira: told her to calm down, even joked telling her how he will let her shoot Mahira if she wanted too. She smiled and hugged him; he then asked her if she was feeling any better  to which she nodded back. Sammy was glad that she had calmed down but then looked at his brother who was trying to stay calm. Karan was quiet in a really weird way and it was scaring him. He wondered what's gonna happen after this because it was only a matter of time before Karan would break; that he knew, he also thanked God th st the guests weren't here to witness what was going on. However, if they want justice for their dad and even for Preeta, they have to know everything. As he looked at others, he realised they were all perhaps thinking aboutvthe same thing; they had guilty faces perhaps for not believing Karan when he told them Sheilyn was bad news or how bad they mistreated an innocent girl whose only fault was loving this family unconditionally even though she wasn't really part of it.
Rishabh felt disappointed with himself, his righteous nature caused this. Right from when Sheilyn was introduced to him, he didn't want the marriage despite the constant warning he still went ahead with the marriage and now his family, his brother Karan and then there is Preeta who is the actual victim of these conspiracies; and knowing about her pregnacy and her disappearance, he hopped that she is doing fine. He too was wondering how they are going to face the Aroras because Like it or not they wronged them and there are consequences . He always knew that Sheilyn hated Preeta but never thought it would be this extreme. It always bagged him as to  why she did but today he wanted to know why and hence asked Mahira why Sheilyn hated Preeta so much because when he thinks about it, he doesn't see any reason. That got everyone's attention. Sure there has to be something big that drove her into doing dirty Preeta.

"I didn't know the reason at first ", Mahira said. "But now you seem to know " Rishahb asked. "You've been close all this time and scheming against her" he continued to say. Now that Sheilyn had managed to run away and leave her on her own, she's gonna tell everything.  She thought how it's not fair to go down alone when she was the master-mind behind it all. So she told them that Sheilyn hated Preeta because of a man. But not everyone believed her at first; so she continued and told them that the man Sheilyn is in love with; is in love with Preeta. And that shocked everyone, even Rishabh was surprised. However some family members were looking at him suspiciously and told them that he's not the man but we're not believing him especially aunt Karina who insisted on asking him if it's true because she always thought that Rishabh liked Preeta. But then they heard Mahira say; it's Prithvi. All the attention went to her now and she heard questions like what?, how ?, since when? Are you joking or what?..
She began to tell what she knew; I found out by chance. I heard arguments in Sheilyn's bedroom and at first I thought it was rishabh but then the voice was different; on seeing who she was arguing with, I saw the man Preeta was meant to marry. They were arguing and  Sheilyn was accusing him of betraying her for falling fell in love with Preeta when he was meant to destruct her and keep her away from Luthra family.

That shocked every Luthra present, never in a million years did they ever expect such a thing from Sheilyn. How could she bring her lover in their house and moreover in her husband's bedroom.  That was so disrespectful of her. "I told and warned you but no one trusted me; even Preeta didn't trust me when I told her that something was going on between Sheilyn and Prithvi" Karan mattered; "had any of you trusted me, nothing of this sort would have happened: we are in this because neither you (pointing at his family) nor Preeta trusted me" Karan continued to say but  Shrishti felt offended by Karan accusations against  her sister. " Excuse me Mr. Luthra; you keep accusing my sister as if she's the one who brought Sheilyn here in the first place" Shrishti answered him. "Well she trusted Prithvi so yes she's partly responsible", she should have trusted me instead of him" he told her. "And what about you?,did you ever trust her once when your family and even Sheilyn kept on  accusing her?, does anyone here know who donated blood to your dad that day?, do you Karan? But he was surprised just like every other Luthra. Yes what all of you are thinking is the truth, Preeta was the donor. My sister Preeta Arora, the girl you accused of murder, called a goddiger, you married and left in the middle of no where; is the same person who saved your dad, saved your mum from a bomb, saved you from a drug and molestation cases that would have destroyed your whole life. None of you  in this family know the amount of sacrifices my sister made for you,  and do you know why she did all those things?, its because my sister is the most selfless, kind and caring person there is; but above all its the love she had  for you Karan Luthra but you don't deserve a person like her in your life.
