Preeta! What are you going to do? Am scared for what's going to happen.  Shristi asked after she had found out that her sister was pregnant. Preeta didn't say anything. She was perplexed and feeling all kinds of emotions, she was very nervous and a lot of thoughts going on through her head. What will her family especially her mother think of her? If she told Karan, would he even believe her? As he's been too distrustful towards her of late. Preeta felt like the whole world was crushing on her and crying uncontrollable,  Shristi tried to calm her but she was so stressed.
Preeta you need to stop crying and stressing yourself don't you know that your hurting the child too? We need to tell mum and the rest Shristi said, Preeta didn't say anything but stood up and went to the sitting room to tell her family.  She felt sacred but there was nothing to do, what has happened has happened.  She needed to be ready for what's gonna happen from now onwards no matter what.

Back at Luthra house, everyone was moving up and down, celebrating Karan's upcoming wedding. To them it seemed like victory over Preeta as she won't be coming back ever to their house. But unlike Rahki, Kritika, Sammy and Rishabh the rest were not  happy as they always thought would be the daughter-in-law of the Luthra house. Despite everything that has occurred in the past weeks they still felt that  Preeta could be innocent but unfortunately for them there is no evidence and Sheilyn as well as Mahira are always two steps ahead of them so they gave up and accepted Karan and Mahira's wedding.
Am so happy that we got rid of that middle class girl and her family, she should be lucky that she's free otherwise she should be in jail for hurting Mahesh, Karina said, Sheilyn and Mahira agreed with her as well as their grandma.

At Arora's house, Preeta was very nervous as she seated next to her mum and her sister wasn't helping either. Jhanki and her grandma were seated on the side.
What's wrong dear? Is everything fine? Sarla asked her looking nervous too as Preeta was making her feel nervous. Preeta looked down as she  felt her tears, Sarla
Asked Shristi what's going on? But before Shristi says anything Preeta apologises to her mum and now everyone looks sacred expect Shristi. Preeta what's the problem please talk to us, her grandma says. Mum am three weeks pregnant and Karan is the father. Everyone is quiet for a few minutes and then Sarla slaps Preeta so hard that she falls down, Jhanki is the first to react and tells Sarla to calm down as it must be so hard for Preeta. But Sarla didn't listen, instead she lashes  out at her and  how disappointed she is with her. How can you do this? You were my pride, had it been Shristi I wouldn't be so disappointed Preeta why?? She scolded her so much and Preeta could do was keep crying and asking for forgiveness from her mum. Others were telling Sarla to reconsider but she wasn't having it, instead stood up and went to her room feeling very angry towards Preeta. On the other hand, Preeta also left for her room but having too many thoughts.
Jhanki who looked worried said am afraid to tell you this but I think with the way Preeta left she might do something. Shristi also agreed with her,  She knew for the fact that  her sister was bound to do something so she followed her  in their bedroom and she found her checking some documents but Shristi didn't bother to look at them but kept looking at her and see if she will say something but she didn't instead kept going through her documents. The documents were about her scholarship which was given and had decided not to go through with it but with what's going on in  her life she thought maybe this is the right time to think it through to let everything go and maybe shevwill have better opportunities out there. Her mother was angry and felt disappointed.  She felt like a disgrace to her family and what will the society think of her. Her child 's father & his family hate her, she just can't  stay in this place, when Karan married her and then  left her, many people from her neighbourhood said a lot of hurtful things so she doesn't think she can bear another humiliation.
She looked through and saw that all her documents were valid but she still needed some money she has saved and wasn't enough.  Yes Preeta had decided to leave and begin a new life  far way from her home because it's the only OPTION she had.
