Four weeks later ...
In these four weeks, things had returned to normal, especially after Aunt Iris's apology. Finally it seemed that things were on track until an unexpected visitor decided to show up.
- Good morning, Flash!
- Jay! What are you doing here? What do you want?
- Nothing much, the custom ... Caitlin! How is it going?
"Leave her alone Jay!" Said my father, but Jay just smiled.
- Oh, dear, defending your friend.... Oh and congratulations Flash for the engagement... .But wait, we have new team members, right? - Jay asked pointing at me.
- Don't mess with him!
- Wow! The boy must be very special for you to protect him in that way. - Jay said and came closer to me. Normally I could defend myself, but whenever I see him I can only see my mother's body lying on the floor in the living room, inanimate.
"Didn't they tell you to stay away from the kid?" Asked Caitlin, or rather Killer Frost. "I've heard a lot about you.... Nothing great! I thought you were more fearful, but it was my mistake."
- I don't think we've ever had been introduced Killer Frost... My name is Jay!
- Well, I didn't ask you anything.... Now get away from the kid! "As Killer Frost spoke to Jay, I was approaching my father. In the next few seconds, Jay was able to get closer to Killer Frost, poking a needle in her neck, causing her to become Caitlin again.
- Dad! What's going on?
- Dad? - Jay asked curiously. - Hmm.... So you're Flah's son ... Interesting, - he said, getting closer and closer to me.
Although my father was very powerful, he knew that Jay was no longer the same, something had passed and made him stronger and it scared him a lot and it scared me even more. In the next few seconds, I saw my dad's body hit the wall and Jay grabbed my neck.
I wanted to wake up from this trance I was in but I couldn't. I couldn't stop thinking about my mother's body and I ended up dropping a few tears.
- Jay, drop him please.... If you ever loved me, please let him go ... The boy is not to blame for being his son. Come on, I know you still have some humanity inside you!
In Jay's eyes, there was some deliberation about what to do next, but he decided to do what Caitlin had asked him to do and left me to pick up my mom and take her out of the lab. I was in shock, as I didn't want anything bad to happen to my mother.
"He took my mother," I said, sitting me on the floor as tears began to fall. I know deep down that this is supposed to happen and that nothing bad is going to happen to her right now, but I still can't help being horrified and very worried about what is happening to my mother.
- Henry breathe, please .... Look at me, we will save her.- said my father kneeling in front of me.
- I know and I'm sorry, - I said, looking down. - I should have done something to prevent him from taking her, but I froze.
- It's not your fault! Henry, listen to me, you are not to blame for what is going on.
- What do we do now?
- First of all, Cisco I need you to see the surveillance cameras on every street in Central City, we might find out where he took her.
- And you? What are you going to do? - asked Uncle Cisco, curious.
- I'll call for help.- replied my father taking his cell phone out of his pants pocket and went into the hall.
A few minutes later he reentered the control room and told us that he thought it best to call Oliver and Felicity, as there were always two more people helping us find Jay and my mom.
- Good morning, my love, - said Aunt Iris, entering the control room. - Are you ready to go?
- Go? Where?
- Don't you remember that we made an appointment to go to catering companies for our wedding?
- Yeah, but today it won't work, Iris.
- As well? We set this up weeks ago and you just let me know now?
- We have bigger problems to solve. Caitlin was kidnapped by Jay and we have to find her.
It was to be expected that after my father mentioned my mother's name, Aunt Iris would be furious and a new discussion would begin. Iris just wanted to know about her plans with my father and did not realize that what he wanted to do was find and save my mother.
Without exaggerating, the discussion took about fifteen to twenty minutes and it just ended because she realized that it was impossible for my father to go anywhere with her, so she left the laboratory furious.
As soon as Aunt Iris left the control room, two people entered, which I recognized at once as Uncle Oliver and Aunt Felicity. Wow, how I missed them ... I haven't seen them for almost a year! My father brought them up to date on what was going on and, of course, they started getting down to work, until Felicity saw me.
- Barry? Who is this boy?
- This is my son Henry, who came from the future.
- Son? Well, I'm surprised but happy for you and Iris.
- Ah, in fact he is not Iris' son ...- said my father turning to Cisco, leaving Oliver and Felicity surprised by the "bomb".
I ended up having to explain to them who my parents were and why a nineteen-year-old boy who lives in the future was in Central City at the moment. Both were incredulous at what I told them, but were happy for both Barry and Caitlin and focused on finding my mother, who was much more important than my family history.
- Flash, if you want to see your precious Caitlin Snow again, you have to go to your old house ... You have 4 hours!
After watching that short video, Felicity tried to find out where the video had come from but was unsuccessful as the signal was swinging through several cell towers. To make matters worse, my dear sister had to call me at that very moment.
I decided not to tell her what was going on so she wouldn't be worried, but I couldn't lie to her and I ended up telling her everything. It has always been like this all my life, because I was never able to hide things from my sister, which she always ended up discovering.
In the middle of the conversation with my sister, I ended up having a slightly crazy idea, but it could work. After she said she had to go to class, I told my idea to the rest of the team and they agreed that it was the best thing to do, so Cisco opened the portal and we entered it.
The plan was that I could use my combined powers to freeze Jay, while my father used special handcuffs to "remove" the powers from Jay, making it easier then to transport him to the metahuman prison, which we have in STAR Labs .
While my father and Uncle Oliver came in from the front of the house, Ralf and I came in from the back, but as soon as we did, we saw no sign of either Jay or my mother and that worried me a lot.
"The house is completely empty," said Ralf after we went to my father's side.
- I don't understand anything, he in the video said that the meeting was here.- stated my uncle Oliver.
We decided to wait some time because it could be that he kept her somewhere else and that he brought her here, as soon as he saw that we had arrived, but that never happened. The four hours were ending and there was no sign of my mother or Jay.
- Barry, you have to get back to the lab quickly, - said Cisco through the tele communicator he gave my father before we crossed the portal to make it easier for us to communicate with each other.
