HENRY POV:

"My love, you will not lose. Do you want my advice? Talk to her! Tell her everything you just told me, all your insecurities and certainties ... she will understand and will want to help you to understand the that you really feel. "

My mom was absolutely right, I really had to talk to her about what happened. The next morning I woke up with the alarm clock and after doing my morning routine, I left the house and went to the CCPD.

Along the way, I couldn't help thinking about the best way to start this conversation and what Amy's reaction would be, as soon as I told her what I felt. When I arrived at the CCPD, I saw that Amy had already arrived and when passing by her secretary, I asked her to come to my office because I wanted to speak to her.

- First of all, I wanted to apologize for not calling or texting you this weekend, but I just had my head around. What I want to tell you is not easy, so try not to interrupt me or I lose all reasoning.

"Okay, tell me then," said Amy, showing a small smile.

- The truth is that the kiss was unexpected, however I can't help thinking about it. I know I felt something, but I can't tell you exactly what it means, I don't know if it was a thing of the moment or if it was something I had wanted to do for some time ... Wow, I suck at it!

- No, you don't.

- I don't want to lie to you and tell you that I didn't feel anything and that we should just be friends and forget that it happened, but I also don't want to give you false hopes. But my only certainty is that I don't want to lose you, because you are very special to me.

- I feel the same way, you know? I am also confused and then that kiss still confused me even more. I have an idea, and how about we are just friends for now ... At least until we get to know what the kiss really meant and when we have that certainty then we talk better about the future.

- Seriously? Were you willing to do that? - I asked confused and content at the same time.

- Of course, I also don't want to lose you and I believe this is our best solution. Let us think about our feelings calmly and without pressure.

- Thank you, Amy. You are the best friend that anyone could have.-  I said going to hug her.

- I know! However, I also have the feeling that it wasn't just our conversation that was making you worried. Come on, tell me what's going on.

- It's Ronnie! Tonight he had a nightmare and seeing him that way made me worried.

- It's normal to be worried, but you have to think that everything is better now. It was just a nightmare!

- Yeah, maybe you're right, - I said and she smiled before having to leave my office, as she had been called by the captain.

Shortly thereafter I received a message from my mother ... or rather it was another will, which explained that they had a new clue about Ronnie's family and that they were going to Earth-2 to explore that clue. During the morning and afternoon I was very worried because they didn't give any news and I didn't know if the "mission" was going well or not, but two minutes after I got home, I hear the entrance door open and I see who are they and who bring an older lady.

My mom introduced us and I learned that this was Ronnie's grandmother and that Ronnie's name was actually Spencer. When Dawn arrived with Ronnie ... or Spencer ..., they both came into the room, but Ronnie did not recognize the lady.

However, he adapted very well to her presence and had a lot of time talking to her and even asked her to help him with his homework. It was ten thirty when my parents left the house to take the lady to the nursing home, leaving me at home with Dawn and Ronnie.

I went to my room and took advantage of the fact that Ronnie was washing his teeth, to put on my pajamas. When they got to the room, Ronnie sat on the bed, covering his legs and Dawn sat next to him.

After Dawn read Ronnie a story and made sure he fell asleep, Dawn went to her room and I stayed for a while just watching my brother. I didn't know what time I went to sleep, I just know that I woke up five minutes before the alarm signaled.

After doing our morning routine, we all left for different destinations. I was going to CCPD, my dad to STAR Labs, Dawn to college and my mom and Ronnie to kindergarten.

- It's not even worth entering ... We have a new case, a homicide.- Amy said when she caught me at the door.

- Let me go get my kit then ...- I said but then I saw that she had it in her hand.

- I took the liberty of picking it up.

We got into Amy's partner's car and headed towards the house where the murder had occurred and we came across a man at the entrance and the ambulance at the door. While Amy and her partner went to interview the witnesses, I went into the house to do my job.

So at first glance it seemed to be a case of a robbery that had gone wrong, since the house was upside down. In the middle of the room, the coroner was taking a look at the lady's body.

It took me almost an hour but I had finally finished seeing all the rooms in the house and had taken some fingerprints from the doors and the kitchen counter. I also saw some footprints close to the body, so I made a mold of the footprint and put it in my suitcase. I collected some more evidence and returned with Amy and her partner to the CCPD to begin analyzing everything I had brought from the crime scene.

"So is there anything new?" Asked Amy, joining me in the lab and bringing her partner as a company.

- The footprint I found close to the body is a pair of 42/43 sneakers . The fingerprints I collected from different points in the house correspond to the victim, the husband and I found some that belong to this person, Victor Hernandez.

- Well, we have to bring him in for questioning. Anything else? "Asked Amy's partner.

- Yes! I found sand residues near the entrance door. And I also found a sticky substance at the foot of the small table that was on the edge of the living room sofa. I haven't been able to get results yet, but in a few hours I should already have the results.

- Thank you Henry.- Amy said smiling.

- Wait, now comes the most interesting and strange part at the same time. I analyzed the murder weapon and found two types of fingerprints, from the victim and the husband. I also found it strange, so I took a look at the pictures and noticed that the kitchen knife was missing from the kitchen.

- The killer had no intention of killing anyone.

- And wore gloves! Since the fingerprints found are those of the people who lived in that house, which is normal, since the knife was from the kitchen set. - Amy added.

- Exactly! - I exclaimed.

After they left, I printed out three copies of all the tests I did on the evidence I brought from the victim's house and went to take one to our captain and left another one on Amy's desk. Twenty minutes later I got the answer about the sticky substance I found at the table in the living room and it was a kind of body cream.

At lunchtime, as Amy was busy she couldn't accompany me, so I decided to call Cisco to ask where they were going to have lunch. I thought about calling my mom, but since she went to talk to Ronnie's uncle, she might not have returned to the lab yet. My uncle Cisco told me that my parents had not yet arrived and so they were able to have lunch at STAR Labs.

- So look, I'm leaving CCPD now and I'm going to Jitters to get lunch.

- It's fine with me ... I was going to ask Harry to fetch our lunch, but since you're coming here, he doesn't need to leave the lab.

- What do you want me to take?

- Bring hamburger to everyone! And instead of ordering drinks individually, order two or three large bottles.

- Deal.- I said and hung up the call.

Luckily for me there weren't many people at Jitters, so my turn came quickly. I asked the employee for seven chicken burgers, three bags of big packet chips and three bottles of coke.
