Chapter Twenty-One: ~FIN~

Normal POV

Jake pulled up into the driveway as Maya instantly ran outside to come to the car as Marcus stayed at the door watching her to make sure she was okay, Maya smiled as soon as she saw Ashlyn get out of the car.

"AHSIE," she ran and hugged her as Ashlyn laughed and picked her up hugging her back as Jake chuckled at them. "Your back...I didn't think you would come back after everything that happened," Ashlyn smiled and shook her head.

"Your Uncle Jakey can be pretty convincing," she giggled and looked over at Jake as she smiled. 

"Love you Uncle Jakey," he laughed and walked over to her as he kissed her cheek.

"Love you to Maya," he whispered as she giggled and hugged Jake. Ashlyn set her down and then they walked to the house as Jake grabbed Ashlyn's hand keeping her close to him as she smiled at him. Marcus held the door open for them as he nodded at Jake and smiled at Ashlyn.

"Look who Uncle Jakey found," Maya said as Mrs. Andrews smiled and walked over to them hugging Ashlyn as Mr. Andrews stayed where he was not saying anything.

"Hey guys," Ashlyn said hugged Mrs. Andrews back and then smiling at her.

"Welcome back," Ashlyn nodded and then everyone looked at Maya.

"Let's go play in the snow please...I'm dying in here," Maya giggled and ran outside as Jake chased after her and Ashlyn followed along with David, Andy and Marcus.

"It looks like you've already built something Maya," she giggled at Jake and ran outside pulling her hat on as Jake chuckled and ran after her.

"Just a little while ago but it's for you Uncle Jakey...kinda a late Christmas gift," Jake arched his eyebrows and looked inside the small igloo as he chuckled and reached his hands in and pulled out a small  puppy bulldog as Ashlyn smiled. "It took a little while to get him here so Merry Christmas," Jake smiled and hugged Maya as she giggled.

"I think this has been the best day ever," he smiled as everyone laughed slightly. 

"SNOWBALL FIGHT," Maya yelled as Jake chuckled and brought the dog inside before coming outside to join in on the snowball fight. Ashlyn stood by Andy as she giggled at everyone throwing snowballs and playing in the snow. Jake grabbed Ashlyn's waist and pushed her into the snow as she laughed and placed some snow on his face as Maya ran over to them and giggled but squealed as Marcus lifted her up and brought them down to the ground so they could lie in the snow with Ashlyn and Jake.

"David," Andy said now looking at him as he looked at her.

"Yeah," he noticed her eyes, as he grew panicked. "What...what is it?"

"My water just broke," David nodded as Ashlyn, Jake, Marcus and Maya sat up and looked at them.

"Hospital would be good," David said as Andy giggled and nodded her head. Everyone ran off getting into cars as they drove to the hospital getting ready for Andy to have her baby. David went into the delivery room with Andy as everyone waited, Maya sat with Jake and Ashlyn as Marcus called Jamie letting her know that Andy was having the baby. 

"Hey Ashlyn," she looked over at Mr. Andrews as Jake looked at him and Maya stayed quiet sitting on Jake's lap. "I just...well I just wanted to apologize for what I said about you...and for making Jake hurt you. I've gotten so lost in the fact that you're a Collin that I haven't let myself know the real you...you're an amazing person and I just want you to know that your part of the Andrews family now no matter what anyone says about it." Ashlyn smiled and hugged Mr. Andrews as he chuckled and hugged her back.

"Thank you," she whispered as he nodded and then smiled at Andrews as he nodded his head. 

Ashlyn's POV

You'd never expect something so amazing to happen after everything that's gone on for the last couple weeks but it did and I have to say that I wouldn't change anything even if I were allowed. David and Andy had a beautiful baby boy Named Asher and Maya sends me pictures of him on a daily basis letting me know what's going on with her and him...she really loves him and I can tell just by how much she talks about him. My life hasn't been an easy one and I'm pretty sure you know that by now with the whole living on the streets to going to a shelter to being almost raped to going back to the shelter it was crazy then add on living a lie for two weeks and then living with that lie for a month. Then we got together...he broke my heart the next day and I went running off to my dad...my dad helped me then I met Jake again and yet somehow I found my way back to that lie. Jake was my inspiration for almost everything, I moved in with him again and now I've been living with him for the last three months...so if you take off the time we spent apart I've known Joe for exactly four months...well just over four months. Either way I was enjoying everything that was going on...we had grown closer together and I no longer had my own room...well it was there I just never slept in it. No I'm not a sex addict you pervs I just sleep beside Jake in his room...besides right on the floor beside the bed is where Coco (the puppy) sleeps so it would just be weird to have sex in front of the dog. Right now however I'm sitting in a coffee shop waiting for Jake to come back with our drinks, it's already gotten through to the tabloids that were dating. They created some lies about us that we know aren't true but we don't worry about them cause we know the truth.

Normal POV

"Thinking again," Jake said as he set her cup down on the table and then took a seat beside her. 

"Yeah...I seem to be doing that a lot lately," she stated as he chuckled. "So let me guess in this coffee cup in front of me is hot chocolate with extra foam and a hint of peppermint." Jake chuckled and shrugged his shoulders.

"Something like that," Ashlyn giggled and picked it up as she arched her eyebrows.

"It's empty," she looked back at Jake as he took a sip of his coffee and then looked at her.

"Sure," he said as Demi looked at him funny as she giggled. She took the lid of the coffee cup off and looked inside as her smile faded; she looked at Jake and then back into the cup. She tipped it and let her hand rest right underneath it as a ring fell onto the palm of her hand so she could look at it better.

"This...this is," she said and then took in a deep breath. "This is an engagement ring," she said as she looked at Joe.

"Yup...that's an engagement ring."

"We've known each other for four months," she said as Jake nodded.

"Yes I know that Demi...four months I've known you and yet I don't want to let you go. I wanna wake up next to you every morning and fall asleep beside you every night, I wanna buy you as many hot chocolates with extra foam and a hint of peppermint as I can, I want to have a family with you and grow old with you and I wanna marry you and call you Mrs. Jacob Andrews," Ashlyn giggled and looked at Jake again. "So...Ashlyn Collins...will you marry me," Ashlyn looked at him and let a smile spread across her face.

"Yes," she whispered as Jake smiled. "Yes I'll marry you...and be Mrs. Jacob Andrews," he laughed and kissed her softly on the lips as she giggled and kissed him back. He pulled away and placed the ring on her finger as some of the people around them clapped as she giggled. Neither of them knew what was going to happen in there future but what they both knew was that there future was each other no matter what happens and no matter what there future holds...they'll always be together and Jake will continue to give her hot chocolate just like he promised he would.
