3rd PERSON POV

Alex had to clear his head. Just knowing that you're dead is enough of a stressor. Now, finding out that you and your band mates can be seen when you play with a girl, that's a lot to take in. He was walking down the street when a boy, Willie, knocked him on the ground. Alex was a bit relieved to find out that he was a ghost. Willie instructed Alex to follow so they could sit and talk. Alex blushed while following as so.

JASMINE'S POV

I poofed back into the garage and looked around to make sure nobody was here. I tried to wipe my tears as best I could before anybody could ask what was wrong. I sighed as I flopped down on the couch.

" I'm telling you Reggie thi-" I heard Luke and Reggie talking about something. I tried to poof out, but it was too late, they already saw me. "Oh, Jasmine, hey" Reggie gave me a smile and a wave. I returned it as best as I could. He looked between Luke and I, then left.

" What's his problem?" I tried to keep my voice steady. " I don't know. What's wrong?" He sat next to me. " Nothing. Why would anything be wrong?" I replied calmly. He shrugged his shoulders. " I don't know. It's just that we've been friends since we were 10, so, do you think I can't tell when you're sad?"

" Tell me, please" he said softer. " It's nothing. I just- I was walking around and I got this memory. I guess it all just hit me at once" I explained avoiding Luke's eyes. All he would have to do is give me one look with those eyes and I would tell him anything.

" What was it?" He asked. " It was the day my parents kicked me out for a while. I don't know how, but, it felt like I was right back there. The emotions, the intensity. It was all there. I don't know, maybe it was just because I saw something that reminded me of that, you know? The worst moment in my life" I mumbled the last sentence. I couldn't tell Luke that I tried to go see my parents. He would encourage me to go see them, but even I know that if I did, I would try so hard to let them know that I was there. Which would only break my heart even more.

" Maybe it's because our emotions are more heightened when we're ghosts" Luke suggested. I sighed as he pulled me closer to him as we leaned back on the couch. I rested my head on his shoulder as his fingers traced lazily over my arm. " So, when do you want to start writing again?" He asked, while I just hit him in the stomach. " I'm joking, I'm joking. We can start whenever you want" he promised.

" What did you guys do?" I sat up quickly. "What do you mean?" He asked. " You took it didn't you?" Luke gave me a weird look. " Took what?" He got up and followed me to the piano. " You went through her box and took her stuff!" His mouth opened in shock.

" How would you even know that?" Luke crossed his arms over his chest. " You haven't stopped talking about that box all day. And I know you" I reminded him. " This accusation really hurts" he put his hand over heart.

" Reggie has it, doesn't he?" I asked. " Yes, he does. Reggie!" Luke yelled and Reggie appeared. " I told you she would know" Reggie said as he handed Luke this piece of paper.

" I told you guys not to touch anything! Why can't you listen?" I yelled at them. " I know we shouldn't have, but look at this" Luke handed the paper to me. " These are good!"

" They are" I agreed, causing Luke to smile. "But your timing is terrible!" His smile dropped. " Julie is going through something with her friend and your snooping through her stuff" I shoved the paper back in his chest.

" Just listen!" He and Reggie set up their guitars. " What do you think about this riff?" I nodded along as he played, it was good. "Sweet. I'm feeling that. And then I come in with a little, uh..." Reggie trailed off as he started playing bass.
