Epilogue

2 years later....

"Is she like this big the last time I saw
her?"Gianna pointed to the baby monitor.
"Frankly even I think she is growing up like every single day.Time flies so fast."
"Exactly,it was like yesterday we held our little angel isn't it?"Azalea questioned Xander.
"Absolutely."Azalea looked up at her husband Xander.

"Don't tell me you haven't decided her name yet?"
A very heavily pregnant Roxanna rubs her belly and queried.
"It's still up for debate."

Gianna who is snuggled against Xavier exclaimed:
"Gosh!! I can't see any problem with that?"
"Actually there is."Azalea interposed.
"You see I want to name our baby girl on some fragrant flower name,while Xander wants X as the main letter."
That made everyone laugh.
"You both..."Gianna chuckled slightly.
"What is so special with the 'X' letter anyway?"Azalea asked puzzled.
"X stands for X- factor Lea.Haven't you already noticed that?How extraordinary we Kings' are?"Xavier explained enthusiastically.

"Then why don't you all change your name from Kings' men to X-men?"Azalea mock glared at both Xavier and Xander.
"He,he very funny."Xander muttered.
"Do you like the name Xenia King?"
Roxanna supplied looking up from her phone.
"Xenia is a name of a flower right?"Azalea enquired.
"And it also start with an X."Roxanna added.
Azalea looked at Xander with hopeful eyes.
"Xenia King..."They all said with a small smile.

A loud wailing noise from the baby monitor silenced their discussion.
Azalea and Xander sprinted towards their newborn's room.
As soon as they looked at their daughter's cherubic face with large hot tears streaming down.Both their hearts melted.
Azalea scooped her in her arms while Xander made funny faces to calm his daughter.
With grey eyes,and pointed aristocratic nose,she was the exact replica of Xander.
She kept crying and pouting.

"Hand her to me."
Azalea gently handed Xenia into Xander's large firm arms.
"Aren't you my precious daughter?My beautiful Xenia King."Xander's soothing voice helped.The baby stopped crying.

"Why is that everytime you hold her she becomes quiet?"Azalea raised her brow.
"Women,I have that personality which attracts beauty."
"Uh-huh."
"Xenia look at mommy all jealous.But to tell you a secret.She's the world prettiest women.And a doting mother.We are lucky to have her.Isn't it baby?"
"Flatterer."
And who wouldn't melt at those words?Azalea sighed.
Xenia made a gurgling sound as if in agreement and both her parents beamed at her.

"Xander?"Xavier's voice interrupted their little moment.
"Xav?Is everything alright?"
"It's Dad."Xavier answered solemnly.
"He had a heart attack."
"Oh my God."Azalea gasped.

One look at Bruce King and everyone knew his end was near.
His body looked frail,almost lifeless.
"Dad?"Roxanna's voice croaked.
"Rosa?"
"Yes,Dad?"
"Xander and Xavier?"
"We are here Dad."
Bruce sighed.With great difficulty Bruce opened his eyes.
"Xander..come here son."
Xander gulped.
"I know you are the bestest son anyone could ask for.But now you're to become the guardian of Kings' family."
"Dad no."Xander almost whispered.
"Be strong son.I had a great life.I loved your mom but maybe our love wasn't strong enough to withstand any calamity.But you all should learn one thing.Never give up.Believe in yourself and love.And only love."
Roxanna held her husband Jason's arm and started sobbing softly.
"Needless to say that you take care of your brother and sister.No offence Xav,but Xander is the responsible one."
"None taken Dad.None taken."Xavier said with tears leaking out from the corner of his eyes
Gianna squeezed his arm.

"I am very lucky to receive the love of two women in my life.Regina and Bianca both loved me.Never doubt your mothers.And it's time you both should forget the past.Let bygones be bygones."
Bruce coughed loudly.
"Dad..you should take it easy."
"Let me finish.Azalea you're my daughter and so is Gianna.Take care of these two fools.They may make mistake,let you down, but in the end.We Kings' men have heart of gold."
"Dad you can't leave us."Xavier said almost vehemently.
Bruce shook his head.
"All good things must come to an end remember?I shall watch you all from above.That include my numerous grandchildren.He looked pointedly towards Xavier.

The hair on Azalea's neck stood up.The air in the room suddenly shifted.
"I love you..all.Give my love to..."
"Xenia King.."Azalea supplied.

Bruce nodded and after several minutes of gasping for breath his heart stopped.

Both the brothers and daughter hugged their significant other sobbing quietly.
Sobbing for the man who was betrayed.Sobbing for the man who only gave love and nothing else.
Azalea saw Bruce's soul coming out and walking towards the soul deliverer.
They moved out from the window.
Tip toeing, Azalea followed.
"Can she see us?"
"Yes."
"But how?Are you an angel Azalea?"Bruce queried.
"Long story.Why don't I tell you in our journey towards heaven?"
Bruce hummed a response.
"Azalea you did great.I told you that you won't see me again.But I didn't want to scare you.You'll see me time to time when I take your parents or your family.Whenever it's their turn.But its a long way.
Just as Bruce said:Love Azalea Love.That's all this world need...."

Hello guys,
Suffice to say all of them lived happily ever after.But life and death is a part and parcel of life.I wanted to keep my story real,hence,the death of Bruce King.
