Chapter 15: Death

While Jade and Josie were having fun at the car wash, Lizzie was running for her life away from the house as soon as possible. When lizzie tried opening the door in the basement letting Penelope out Seline stopped her but Penelope was a vampire after all even though she wasn't as strong. Penelope broke out and snapped  Selines neck in a blink of an eye. While Lizzie ran upstairs heading out from the house as soon as she could. Penelope ran after her nearly catching her but Lizzie made it out. Penelope couldn't go outside since she didn't have her daylight ring.

Penelope's POV:

I'll worry about her later for now I need to find my ring and phone. I searched the house but I didn't find it anywhere, I did find my phone so I tried calling Jade but she wasn't picking up. So I called someone less intresting. Maya. Since I haven't fed properly in 2 days I had to regain my strength somehow. I called her and she agreed to come over.

Once she arrived she obviously started talking how I've been ignoring her and bla bla bla. I didn't have enough strength to listen to her anymore. I walked towards her and went straight for her neck, I didn't care if she screamed or whatever I needed blood and she was the closest thing.

Once I gained my strength back I compelled her to talk less and be more fun. I didn't think that would work but it did she put some loud music on and started dancing while I was having a drink, thinking about where Jade could've hid my ring.

"Hey! I thought we were having fun!" She screamed while dancing.

I looked at her rolling my eyes, I wasn't drunk enough to deal with her yet.

After few bottles, we danced like crazy enjoying this moment until Jade comes back. We were in Jade's room since she had the last bottles of whiskey here. Maya was jumping on the bed like a kid while I was watching her until something caught my eye. Since when does Jade have a little box in her closet? I walked towards it and opened it. It had some papers with the name Saltzmans on it. I was to drunk to care so I put it back and started dancing again.

Maya walked towards me  "Why did you call me over?" She said in her tired voice.

"Because I needed you here"

"Yet you have been avoiding me the whole time" she said as she walked towards the radio turning it off.

"Hey! I was enjoying myself!"

"Well I asked you something!"

I rolled my eyes as she started crying.

Seriously!

"Why does this always happen to me?" She sobbed.

I just stared at her

"It's always Lizzie who gets everything but never me!" She complained

Oh god, teen drama again.

I walked towards her putting my hands on her cheeks "I know exactly what you need"

"And what is that?" She slowly asked.

"Death." I said as I snapped her neck.

She needed it afterall didn't she.... she had a boring life so yeah she needed it. I fed her some of my blood so when she wakes up she's gonna be a vampire.

I looked outside the window it was starting to get dark but Jade didn't return yet. I decided to leave the house since there was no sunlight.

I was hungry again so I needed to eat. I walked around the forest looking for someone until I met a group of drunk junkies. Even better!

Josie's POV:

Lizzie never returned at the car wash so we left without her. We went to the grill to grab something to eat.
