Chapter 35: She has gotten in your head already!

Wow I would never thought this story would reach 1k :) thank you alot :) now let's get to it ;)

Josie's POV:

"Dad?!" I yelled as I rushed to him.

"Get your sister and run..." he mumbled.

"What? What happened?! We have to get you to the hospital." I said in panic.

"No. I'll be fine." He groaned in pain.

"Fine?! You have a knife in your stomach....should I?" I complained.

He nodded.

I slowly pulled it out of his stomach, Not even in a million years I would've thought I'd do something like this.

I quickly pulled out my phone and called the ambulance.

"Im fine. Josie, I don't need to go to the hospital." He said trying to stand up.

"No! Dad you're hurt, we have to get you to the hospital!"

The ambulance arrived, paramedics rushed dad to the hospital. I tried calling Lizzie but she wasn't picking up, where is that girl?

I called Jade, she quickly arrived.

"Hey, you okay? What happened?" She asked in panic.

"I'm fine. I don't know I just....arrived and found dad on the floor with a knife in his stomach. Do you think he would do this to himself?"

"I don't know Josie, but why would he do this?"

I sighed, "Dad wouldn't try to hurt himself..."

"Was anyone here?" She asked.

"No, Could it be one of the vampires?" I asked.

"I doubt that they survived the fire, but it could be possible."

"I can't find Lizzie. She's not home and she isn't picking up her phone." I said worriedly.

"We'll look for her." Jade reassured me.

We made our way to the hospital.

Lizzie's POV:

I waited for Rafael wake up, obviously I wouldn't leave him here alone.

"Lizzie?" He slowly mumbled.

"Raf! You're awake." I said in excitement as I rushed next to him.

"What happened?" He asked as he tried to stand up from the bed.

"I don't think you should stand up, last time I saw you. You were screaming in pain!"

"What? When was that?" He asked confused.

"You don't remember? We were walking home and suddenly you dropped on the ground screaming in pain."

He just looked at me strangely.

"I should get the doctor" I sighed and left to find the doctor.

Josie's POV:

We waited outside of dad's room as he was resting.

"He's gonna be okay." Jade soflty reassured me.

I looked at her with fear in my eyes, "why would someone want him dead?"

She held my face in her hands looking straight into my eyes.

"I know alot of reasons" a voice came from behind.

I turned around.

"Penelope? What are you doing here?" I asked.

"Lizzie texted me." She shrugged.
