The Aftermath

Jughead woke up with a terrible headache, trying to get a grasp of his surroundings and his being.

He was in his and Betty's room. He had no shirt on, and he was only wearing his boxers. He immediately looked next to him and saw Betty, asleep, not wearing much either but her bra, sloppily put on, and her lace underwear that matched.

He picked up his phone on the nightstand, and went directly to the group chat.

KingJughead: Who else has the worst hangover?🤦🏻

CherylBombshell: Nevermind that, I just woke up in your guest bedroom.

KingJughead: 😳 tf is everyone else?!

PinkTTopaz: im with cheryl

CherylBombshell: obvi 🙄

ItsYaGirlVeronica: archies still asleep, but im with him in his bedroom

Betty rose up from the pillow she was laying her head on and held her head in her hands.

"Ow!" Betty said out of pain.

Jughead wrapped his arms around Betty to comfort her, and asked, "Are you ok? Do you need anything? Can I help in anyway?"

Betty looked into Jughead's eyes and said, "Maybe a kiss would make it better?"

Jughead smiled and kissed Betty on the lips.

"Let's get up and get ready to go to Archie's," Jughead told Betty.

Both of them slowly got out of bed, and slowly got dressed and ready. They walked out of their room, and encountered Cheryl and Toni.

"You guys look horrible," they all said in unison pointing to each other.

They all briefly chuckled, and left the house. Luckily, they didn't confront Alice nor FP because they were working. They sundered over to Archie's house, and knocked on the door. Veronica answered it.

"Hi V," Betty greeted.

"Hi B," Veronica greeted.

All of them went over to the living room and sat down. Surprisingly, Cheryl, Toni, Betty, and Jughead were the last ones to arrive.

"How did we get here before you guys?" Kevin asked.

"No idea, honestly," Betty replied, putting a hand to her head.

"So, where do we start?" Josie asked.

"I guess let's just ask the big question we are all thinking about..." Fangs suggested.

"What the hell happened and does anyone remember anything?" Toni asked.

"I remember that we drank a LOT," Veronica said.

"No kidding," Betty responded.

"I remember bringing in drugs that were delivered from an unknown source to La Bonne Nuit," Reggie said.

"Yeah, I can confirm." Veronica said.

"I remember I took drugs and drank just because Betty did," Jughead said.

"Lover boy," Betty teased.

"I remember there was a lot, and I mean A LOT of alcohol because I set it out with Cheryl and Toni," Archie said.

"We can confirm," Choni said.

"I remember vaguely that me and Jug were making out and Reggie was filming..." Betty said.

"Reggie, get your phone out right the hell now," Veronica demanded.

Reggie pulled out his phone, and went to the photos app. He looked through his camera roll, and found the video he was looking for. Everyone gathered around him, and watched the video.

Apparently Reggie had filmed the whole thing from the beginning. How did his phone have enough storage for that video? We'll never know.

"Oh god..." Fangs and Kevin both said as it got to the Sweet Valley High part.

They finally finished the video, and everyone sat in silence.

"So basically, in a nutshell, we all got high and drunk as hell, and we all had sex." Sweet Pea summarized.

Everyone nodded, and Reggie commented, "Oh my god, I was acting like a completely idiot."

"Ditto," Kevin and Fangs related.

"Well this is just a complete mess." Jughead said.

"Then let's start by cleaning it up before my mom gets back from the airport." Archie said.

That whole day was comprised of hungover teens picking up the mess they had created, but, always like an actual mess, there's that one spot that will never get clean, and that one spot for them had descended Riverdale into absolute madness.
