Repeat: A Riverdale Fanfiction

About a month had passed since the Riverdale High teens had thrown this crazy party, and everything was still horrible. Proms and many other senior events had been cancelled, murder and crime investigations were still afoot, and Riverdale was in cahoots.

The only good outcome of the insane party was Sweet Pea and Josie and Kevin and Fangs were now couples, or ships as we like to call them.

It was a Friday afternoon towards the end of the school day. It happened to be free period, and Betty was sitting in the Blue and Gold office writing a new print to be published next week.

She was almost at the end of writing the last sentence before she had to edit and revise the paper when she suddenly felt sick to her stomach. She quickly went out the room, and rushed to the bathroom.

She briefly threw up, and after she was done, she left the stall she was in, and went to the sink to rinse her mouth.

Cheryl suddenly came in with the intention of reapplying her notorious, iconic, red lip gloss, and saw Betty.

"Hi, cousin!" Cheryl greeted.

"Hi Cheryl," Betty said vaguely, lifting her head up from the sink.

"Is everything alright? You don't seem like yourself," Cheryl asked as she started to gloss her lips.

"It's probably just a stomach bug," Betty replied.

"Oh, ok. I hope you feel better," Cheryl said as she finished putting her lip gloss on.

"See you next week!" Cheryl called out as she left the bathroom.

A few minutes after Cheryl left, Betty finished cleaning out her mouth and turned to leave the bathroom. Suddenly she turned back around, rushed into the stall she was just in, and continued to puke her guts out.

After free period at Riverdale High came sixth period, which was usually the last period of the day unless you had a seventh period or an extracurricular.

Since Betty was in the bathroom, sick, she didn't show up to her show up to her AP Literature class. Jughead happened to be in that class with her, and was concerned when he didn't see her walk in the door early.

That's weird, I wonder what's wrong... Jughead thought to himself.

He picked up his phone, and decided to text and ask the group chat (this is a different group chat from the one in the previous chapter) if they had seen her.

KingJughead: hi guys! Have you guys seen Betty? She's a no show to our class 🤔😢

RedArchiePureheart: i havent seen her i thought she was with you

ItsYaGirlVeronica: i think shes in the bathroom Cheryl just saw her there let me go check 👍

Veronica raised her hand, and asked the teacher if she could be excused to go to the bathroom. The teacher gave her the okay, and she walked out of the classroom and headed for the bathroom.

Veronica opened the bathroom door, and heard gagging noises.

"Hey B, are you in here?" Veronica asked.

Veronica walked further into the bathroom, and saw Betty on the her knees, throwing up in one of the stalls.

Veronica rushed to her side, and put her arm around her. She would've held her hair as well, but it had already been in her usual high ponytail.

After quite a few minutes had passed, Betty lifted her head up and slumped against one of the stall's walls.

"B, what's going on? Are you okay? Everyone is worried about you. I'm worried about you," Veronica asked.
