Veronica, Archie, and Archie's mom, Mary Andrews, stood in front of Reggie, who was in his holding cell.

"Mrs. Andrews?" Reggie asked, "What are the odds I won't go to jail?"

Mary Andrews looked over her paperwork and said, "I'm not sure, every part of your case is in a gray area right now."

Reggie sighed and Veronica said, "Mrs. Andrews, we found the drug lord who sent over the package to La Bonne Nuit."

Veronica showed Mrs. Andrews the time sheets and said, "If you look here, you can see Chic, Betty's fake imposter brother, was the one who delivered the package."

Mrs. Andrews saw the name Justin Jackson and asked, "This guy Justin Jackson looks suspicious, are you sure it wasn't him?"

Veronica played the whole audio tape she recorded from the encounter, and Mrs. Andrews said, "This will surely show as good evidence and put off half of your case, but it won't change the fact that you guys actually consumed those drugs. Now that might not get you arrested, but it would probably get you expelled. This would get all of you guys that were at the party in trouble. How do you plan to respond to that?"

"We could say that we were forced to take the drugs," Archie suggested.

"How so?" Mrs. Andrews asked.

"We could say that the box was delivered to us and we received a threat telling us to take them or else," Reggie said.

"Even if they asked to see the threat, we could either say we lost it or it was a metaphorical threat, in which technically it was," Veronica said.

Mrs. Andrews paused for a minute and then said, "I like the way you're thinking, but you guys have got to get to school now."

The three teens laughed, and Veronica and Archie headed out to go to school, not expecting the horrid reset that was to come.

Veronica and Archie walked in, hand in hand into their homeroom classroom that started off the day. They both took their seats, and the teacher started to take attendance when the morning announcements suddenly came on.

"Hello students, It's your principal, Mr. Honey. Recently, we have seen a decline in all students' grades due to recent events, including the disappearance of Riverdale High's very own Betty Cooper and Jughead Jones. That's why this next announcement I'm about to make is in my best concern for all of you," Mr. Honey explained, "We are holding back every and each student at Riverdale High, including the seniors."

This started an uproar of cursing, yelling, and you name it.

"If you have any questions or concerns, please come to me," Mr. Honey said as he ended the announcement.

Everyone stood up, and Cheryl said, "Follow me, fellow students."

Everyone left the classroom, and, when they got to Mr. Honey's office, there was already a crowd of angry students at the door to the main office that had been shut by the people inside, afraid of what the students would do if they let anybody in.

"Attention, fellow students!" Cheryl called out, yelling to get everyone's attention.

Everyone stared at Cheryl, and Cheryl said, "As your student council president, me and my first lady will represent all of you. Now we understand all of you are angry and have a lot of questions, so..."

Cheryl took Toni's beanie that she was wearing off of her head, and Toni just squinted at her and Cheryl continued, "Grab a small piece of paper from one of your notebooks or something, write down your question and/or concerns on it, and put it in my dear Toni's hat."

Everyone started writing and putting queries in Toni's beanie and Cheryl said, "And please, save your revolutions for later until I can go over all these questions with Mr. Honey and call an assembly to answer them."

After about a half hour, most everybody finished writing their questions and concerns and scattered among the halls.

Cheryl looked into the hat, and then looked at Toni and asked, "Are you ready, TT?"

"Always," Toni said as they went and knocked on the almost barricaded door.

Mr. Honey himself came to the door and Cheryl said, "As the school's student body president, me and my first lady will be representing everyone."

Mr. Honey let them in and once they got to his desk, Mr. Honey took a seat but Cheryl and Toni remained standing.

Cheryl dumped Toni's beanie filled with queries, and Cheryl said, "This is how many students you managed to piss off with your decision."

Mr. Honey sighed and Toni said, "Looks like we're going to be here a while."

Cheryl stood on the stage of the auditorium as students started to pile in and take their seats.

After all of the seats were filled, Cheryl started her speech.

"Hello all fellow students. We understand all of you are concerned about the new order from Principal Honey, and we are all gathered here to address your concerns about it today," Cheryl said, "We will answer questions at the end."

"As you all know, we all have to repeat our current year in high school," Toni continued.

"And we looked at the overall school's GPA," Cheryl said.

"We are very distraught to announce that we can't prove Mr. Honey wrong," Toni said.

Everyone started to boo, and Cheryl said, "Look, everyone. I want you all to know what extents we would do to change this, but we can't."

"Good news is you can go to summer school to make it up," Toni told the audience, "I know I'll be there."

The audience chuckled and Cheryl asked, "Do you guys have any questions?"

Quite a few put their hands up, and Cheryl chose on someone random.

"Will the school be putting on or continuing to cancel events?" the student asked.

"Everything that is canceled right now will stay canceled, and everything that is still be put on will still continue to be put on until further notice," Cheryl answered.

Cheryl picked on another person and they asked, "Will the seniors who got into colleges still be going to those colleges despite the repeat?"

"The colleges are still keeping your acceptances, seniors," Cheryl said as the seniors cheered.

"If you all have any other questions, just call or text me or send me a tweet at CherylBombshell, thank you!" Cheryl said as she walked off the stage.

Suddenly, Veronica got a text from Archie's mom.

MARYALAWYER1: Veronica, we have the court date. It's in exactly three months from today. Be ready.

Veronica put down her phone with a sense of both worry and relief. No one could ever just 'be ready' for something, even if you had Veronica's strength and wits. Both her wits and strengths were some other where in Veronica's mind and the only thing that resonated was the 'A' and 'B' of Reggie's fate. Nevertheless, she knew what she had to do.

"Archie!" Veronica called out into Archie's ear as he was looking at something on his phone.

"What?" Archie asked as he changed his focus from his phone up to Veronica.

"Are you in the mood for some confrontation tonight?" Veronica asked.

"And what do you mean by that?" Archie asked.

"Your mom just told me that Reggie's court date is in exactly three months from today," Veronica told Archie.

"So, you're asking if we can go and find some reasons and evidence?" Archie asked.

"Yes, do you want to accompany me?" Veronica asked in response.

"Of course," Archie said as he kissed Veronica's cheek and she giggled.
