"You have ten minutes," the officer said to Jughead, both of them at the door frame that went into the cell room.

"That's all the time I'll need, thank you officer," Jughead said, walking into the room as the officer guarded the door.

Jughead sat down in the chair in front of his cell and greeted, "Hello, Nicholas."

"Greetings, Jughead." Nick replied, wheeling up to the bars in his wheel chair with the scar on his face.

"How are you doing?" Jughead asked.

"Horribly, how about you?" Nick responded.

"Still recovering from these past recent events, but better," Jughead said, crossing his arms, leaning back in the chair in which he was sitting.

"What do you want, Jughead?" Nick asked, "My money? To beat me down? Please do tell."

"No, I'm already finished with you. I just wanted to give you a written letter from my fiance," Jughead said, standing up and slipping the letter through the small slot in the cell as Nick reached to retrieve it with a confused look on his face.

"Fiance?" Nick questioned.

"Yes, you heard that right." Jughead confirmed.

"But you guys are so young," Nick said.

"And you're a rapist," Jughead replied.

"Fair enough," Nick said.

"And look where we both are now," Jughead said, "You're behind bars, and I'm living a great life with my family."

Nick reached his hand through the cell and grabbed the collar of Jughead's shirt.

"Don't think this is over, Jughead, I'll have my revenge on you and all of your friends and your little fiance," Nick threatened which put a concerned, almost scared face on Jughead.

The guard ran over and pulled Nick's hand off of Jughead's shirt and yelled, "Knock it off, Nick! You're losing one hour of your free time today!"

"Ugh," Nick sighed.

"Sorry about that, good sir," the guard apologized.

"It's okay, but I think I'm ready to leave now," Jughead told the guard.

"Okay, follow me right this way," the guard guided, walking out of the room.

"I advise you read that letter, Nick. Betty had a lot to say to you and maybe it'll help you understand why you're such a monster," Jughead told Nick, then following the guard and leaving the room as Nick rattled the metal bars in front of him.

Nick sat at the cell desk after Jughead left, and fiddled with the letter in his hand for a few minutes until he actually opened it.

Dear Nick,

I hope this letter finds you in very bad health. I'm not going to vent out all my feelings about how I feel about us because I think you already know exactly and precisely how I feel about us because I know you're very intelligent and you're not stupid, just destructive to our mental well being. I just want to write a message to you to say that I am overjoyed that you are getting what you deserve and you will never take advantage of any girl ever again, including Veronica, Cheryl, and me. Even if you get out of prison some way or some how, I'll be stronger and we all will be ready. We will have an army ready to take you down once and for all, and if they don't I will kill you myself. There is one last thing I want to write to you before I try to forget completely about you, even though I know I won't be able to because you have made a permanent scar in my life. I deeply and utterly hate you, Nick St. Claire, and I hope you suffer for the rest of your miserable life.

Sincerely,

Betty Cooper

Jughead walked through the door, where FP and Alice were waiting for him, sitting on the couch.

They rushed up to him and FP asked, "How did it go? Are you okay, boy?"

"I'm fine, and he's completely and utterly flustered in there," Jughead told them.

"Thank god, no one gets away with hurting my Betty," Alice said.

"He deserves it. You did good, boy," FP said, putting a hand on Jughead's shoulder.

"Now go up and be with Betty. I'm sure she needs you," Alice said as she hugged FP and he kissed her head.

Jughead went up the stairs, and tip toed quietly because he knew the twins were sleeping. Jughead slowly opened the door to their room and saw Betty writing in her diary.

"Hey there, Juliet." Jughead said, leaning up against the door frame as Betty looked up from her diary and put it down on the nightstand.

"I thought you would be gone longer," Betty said as he walked over and sat next to her on the bed.

"You can't keep me away from you that long, can you?" Jughead flirted.

"No, I guess you can't," Betty said as they both chuckled, "So how did it go?"

"He's suffering in a hell hole just like you hoped," Jughead replied.

Betty smiled and said, "Thank you for going, it means a lot to me."

"And you mean a lot to me, and my love doesn't deserve to be hurt like that," Jughead said as he had a hand on her cheek, one finger stroking back and forth softly.

Betty put a hand on his cheek, and they just lovingly stared at each other for a few moments. Then, Betty leaned in and kissed Jughead, and he kissed her back. Suddenly, the kissing started to turn into making out, and Betty got on top of Jughead, now sitting in his lap like their first time in the trailer.

Betty started kissing his neck and Jughead asked, "Wait, are you sure about this? Are you sure you're ready to do it again?"

Betty pulled back from his neck and said, "I love you, Jughead, and most importantly, I trust you. Now, less talking and more action, you're going to ruin the moment."

Jughead smirked and nodded, and I'm pretty sure you know what happened next.

Of course, she would trust a courteous, handsome, caring man that she loved more than anything in the world, but little did she know they would and could, yet again, be complete strangers to one another after what Jughead did to her and all of them their next senior school year.
