Not so relaxing hotel (Luigi x reader)

Chapter 6: one last song

"The great stage..." I hummed to myself, "I guess they put on performances?" Gooigi then became excited, "I would love to watch these ghosts perform!"

Luigi then pressed the button and we stood in silence, the two Luigi's gripping onto my hands. Once the doors opened I slowly stepped out first, letting go of each of their hands, music hit my ears. A soft calming melody...

Y/n....

My eyes darted around the area, nothing other than a few paintings and a tuba. Then who said my name? you alright, Y/n?" Gooigi's voice echoed, his head tilting like a confused puppy. "I'm fine," I simply said, "just thought I heard something."

Luigi then furrowed his eyebrows, "is that a piano I can hear?" Gooigi then listened in, "yes, but it's far..."

"Far? It's sounds like it's playing right in my ears," I growled in annoyance, I tried to cover my ears to block it out but it didn't do anything, "plus, I keep hearing a voice saying my name."

Celeste....

A different voice called, it sounded like a male, seemingly upset. Celeste, that seem to be a rather strange name...

"Earth to Y/n?" Luigi waved a hand in my face, I snapped out of my thoughts, "you sure your alright, love?"

"No," I mumbled, "I now hear another name being called, Celeste." Gooigi then suddenly started to jump in excitement. "Celeste must be the next cat! All we have to do is find whoever is calling!"

We then all followed the sound of the music as that was our main leading point, I then heard the voice coming from the large golden door that was standing in front of us now.

I opened the door and then saw one of my children...trapped inside a painting on the big stage. A piano was also playing on its own but I didn't care, I rushed over to the stage, Luigi and Gooigi yelled my name but the music became a loud ringing in my ears and drowned all voices out.

As soon as I was about to grab the painting the music abruptly stopped and I was suddenly pulled closer to the piano. A rather handsome ghost appeared in front of me with a smile on his face, "well, well aren't you a beautiful flower?"

My cheeks immediately flushed a bright shade of red, "I-I umm thanks?" I awkwardly spluttered out. Luigi then yelled from the other end of the room, "leave her alone, she belongs to us!"

Gooigi added a 'yeah!' On the end of Luigi's sentence. The musician scoffed and made the stairs to the stage disappear, he then played his piano more harshly and sent the seats flying at the Luigi's.

"What are you doing?!" I snarled at him, he gave me a questionable look. "I'm getting rid of them of course!"

My eyes widened at his response, "but why? I can't be that much to you right?!"

"The moment you entered this room, I suddenly felt alive with emotion again! And I am not loosing that again, not after Celeste left!"

The musician stared in fear, Luigi and Gooigi had managed to avoid the onslaught of chairs. "Celeste, was that...the cat of this floor?"

Suddenly wolfgiest swung at me, causing my footing to become unstable and fall of the stage, however Luigi was able to catch me. "What was that for?" I mumbled, but before I even got an answer...a piano screamed at us. Me, Luigi and Gooigi immediately scream in fear and scrambled to the middle of the room.
