They both looked at me. And they have totally opposite reaction.

Si Ella ay busangot at si Xy ay halatang pinpigilan ang ngiti sa pamamagitan ng kaunting pagnguso at pagtaas ng isang kilay.

"Lets go?" he asked that made Ella looked at him.

Ngumiti ako at tumango. Parang ang mabigat na bagay na nakadagan sa dibdib ko ay nai-alsa na.

"Where are you going?" Ella asked.

"We will just take a walk."

Ella nodded. "Oh! Can I join?"

Siguro ay masama na akong kapatid, but I'm hoping for Xy to say no.

Xy paused for a bit.

"I have to talk to Nella." Nella? It's the first time that he called my name! Oh my gosh!

My cheeks burned and my heart beated irregularly.

He smiled softly and started walking.

"Where are we going?" I asked when I realized whe're heading towards the lake.

"Our house." nanigas ako sa sinabi niya.

"Mansion, you mean. What are we going to do there?" I asked the moment I've recovered.

"Just trust me," he amusely said when he saw me get over from the slight shock he also gave me.

"Now, let's talk about what you did earlier,"

Bakit ko nahihimigan ang lambot sa kanyang boses kahit na alam kong sa susunod na segundo ay pagsasabihan ako nito?

"I'm sorry I didn't bring my phone."

"You should've think. You didn't go home for about two hours. You didn't bring your phone either. What if something bad happened to you? What will your family feel?" he's voice is soft even though he's scolding me now.

"I'm sorry. Pero sinasabi mo ba na hindi ako nag iisip?" nagbibiro lang naman ako pero hindi ko 'yon pinabatid sa aking tono.

I heard no answer from him. He is just smiling at me amusely.

Pero nang makita ko ang reaksyon niyang' yon ay parang totoo na nga ang pagkairita ko. "Ano?"

Hindi niya ako sinagot. Bagkus ay sinundot niya ang tagiliran ko.

"Ouch!" I protested.

Wala akong kiliti sa tagiliran. Imbes na kilita ay sakit pa ang nararamdaman ko.

"Hindi ka nakikiliti? Saan ang masakit?" he crouched.

I took that as the perfect timing to poke him. He instantly arched.

I smiled evily. Nandoon pala ha.

"Oh fucking no, Nella. Hindi mo magugustuhan ang gagawin ko sayo." he warned at me but still, he didn't make a distance.

Hindi ko 'yon sineryoso at mas nilapitan pa siya.

But his more fast! He carried me swiftly.
