"Ms. Yuchengco, I need the presentation later." I immediately nodded to what Mr. Salonga has said as I complied my papers for the presentation later.

Medyo marami na rin kasing ginagawa si Alex kaya hindi ko na siya inistorbo sa table niya kahit na nag-volunteer siya noong isang araw na tutulungan niya raw ako sa presentation ko. I checked my laptop for the last time before proceeding to the meeting room to discuss the new project that I created days ago.

Maaga pa naman kaya may time pa ako para mag-prepare ng mga gagamitin ko for today. Habang patagal kasi ng patagal, mas lalong nagsusungit sa aminㅡmore specifically sa akin si Mr. Salonga though it wasn't a big deal to me but I just couldn't deny the fact that he's more strict than the usual him.

While I was checking my laptop, bigla akong napatingin sa gilid ko nang may kumalabit sa akin. As usual, si Alex na parang kabute. Hindi ko malaman minsan kung may tracker ba 'to ng phone ko dahil alam na alam niya kung saan ako pumupunta.

"Hey, I told you to tell me if you need some help with your presentation," He said, frowning.

I looked at him. "It's fine. Besides, busy ka rin kagaya ko kaya hindi na kita tinawag kanina," I honestly told him but he just crossed his arms.

"Parang bata," I said tapos kinurot ko siya sa tagiliran.

"Baby mo," He said. Muntikan ko nang apakan 'yong sapatos niya sa kalandian niya. Buti na lang at busy iyong boards sa pakikipag-kwentuhan kaya hindi siya narinig.

"Alexander Rouise Vallejo," I warned him as I called his name.

"Krenity Adrienne Yuchengco-Vallejo," He teased, copying my tone. Bwisit talaga kahit kailan.

Imbis na pansinin ko pa iyong kaharutan niya, sinet-up ko nalang iyong powerpoint ko pati na rin iyong iba pang kailangan para maayos na lahat kapag dumating si Mr. Salonga. Gusto ko kasi kapag dumating siya, magsisimula na lang ako.

I tried my best to stop Alex from helping me with preparing my presentation but he just kept on refusing it. Hinayaan ko na lang dahil mas mangungulit lang siya kapag mas lalo kong pinigilan. Kanina ko pa nga napapansin na tinitignan kami ni Kaisley pati ng ibang tao rito pero hindi ko na lang pinapansin.

"Let's start." Nagulat ako nang biglang pumasok si Mr. Salonga kaya mas binilisan ko na iyong pag-aayos ng gagamitin ko para makapag-present na ako.

"Good luck. You'll do great," Alex whispered before he began to sit beside Kaisley.

I let out a sigh before starting my presentation for today. Palagi ko naman na 'tong ginagawa pero sobra pa rin iyong kaba ko kapag nandito na ako mismo sa posisyon.

"This new project will create different kind of set up from the past sites that we have created and aside from having the unique concepts and interior design of this site, it also has the best materials that will fit the exterior design."

I tried my best not to stutter in front of the boards or else, my presentation will be a mess. Thankfully, natapos naman ng maayos iyong presentation at puro positive feedbacks iyong narinig ko sa kanila pati na rin kay Mr. Salonga.

"When will you start doing this project, Ms. Yuchengco?" Mr. Salonga suddenly asked.

I smiled. "By December, Mr. Salonga. My team has already prepared everything for this project and we are currently examining the place for the site," I said. He just simply nodded.
