Right, or not?

You act.
You speak.
You devote yourself.
You ask yourself,
Is it the right thing?
You wonder for whom is it right?
You wonder how you will be judged.
Thusly by who?
Am I wrong?
Should I stop?
What shall I do?
You ask yourself,
Do I risk doing wrong,
For the right reasons?
Do I do the wrong thing,
If I know it is wrong?
Will there be a day,
When I should have done
Little evil,
For a greater good?
And finally,
Does it matter?
For whom am I trying to be upright?
So that God may love thee,
As he will be my only eternal judge.
