Jacob does chest compressions and CPR on Bella once he fishes her out of the water. Maggie stands back as she watches, she should be at Sue's now, helping clean up for Harry's homecoming. Sue and Allison are picking him up now. But here she is with Jacob and Bella.

"Breathe, Bella!" Jacob chants. "C'mon!"

After a while, Bella coughs and she spits out some water.

"Bella?" Jacob breathes in releief. "Can you head me?"

".... Jake?" Bella murmurs as she sees Jacob when she finally comes to.

"She's gonna be..." Maggie breezes as she gets a faint scent and a bad feeling.

By Sam's tense posture, he feels the same thing.

"What the hell were you thinking?" Jacob asks his friend.

"I needed... to see... something," Bella claims.

"What? The pearly gates?" Jacob asks. "If we hadn't have heard you scream..."

"Get her home," Sam instructs. "Maggie, get to the Clearwater's, mom is waiting. I'm headed to the hospital."

Maggie kisses Sam's cheek before she jogs off, as does Sam.

"Why would you jump?" Jake asks his human friend. "Didn't you notice it's like a hurricane out there?"

"I know, it was stupid..." she pauses. "Sam said hospital... what happened...?"

"Harry Clearwater had a heart attack about a week ago," Jacob replies.

"Oh, my god!" Bella gasps. "Is he okay?"

"Sue and Charlie are supposed to be driving him home today," Jacob replies. "Sam's headed to see him and help him to the car while Sue will be to emotional. Mags is helping Leah and Seth clean their house for Harry's arrival."

"I miss Maggie," Bella confesses.

"I know," Jacob says. "I know."

Bella stares at the scars on Jacob's arm that Maggie left and he doesn't say another word.

Maggie opens the door right as Sam gets onto the porch with a smiling Harry.

"Papa Harry!" Maggie cheers. "Welcome home!"

Harry beams at the surprising sight. "Magdalynn Nicole, this is a pleasant surprise."

Maggie takes Sam's place and she helps the man inside. Harry inhales deeply and he smiles at the smell of his beautiful wife's vanilla scented candles that are lit. Maggie helps Harry over to the couch as Seth comes jogging downstairs with a couple of pillows and a blanket to keep his father warm.

"What are you doin' bringing that down here?" Harry asks his son. "I have a bed."

"Not tonight, dad," Seth claims as Leah comes down in her pajamas. "We're having a bit sleep over in the living room. You, me, Leah, mom, Sam, and Maggie. Like old times."

Harry smiles fondly at his son and he nods in acceptance. Maggie nudges Sam happily as she plops down into the floor beside her new pack sister and they begin talking about grades, Paul, Embry, and all kinds of other things.

Sam sits on the couch and he fills Harry in on the vampire issues. Harry informs Sam and Maggie that it was the red headed vampire, Victoria, that gave him the heart attack when he went to shoot her with his buckshot.

Maggie spends most of the day and night chatting with Leah and Seth. Harry feel asleep with Sue in his arms around nine. Sam is pondering on what to do about Victoria. He is arranging a pack meeting for the following day, he knows that for certain. He needs to fill the others in on what's going on.

Sam leans against the arm chair as he watches Maggie fall asleep with her head on Leah's lap. Seth passes out with his head laying on one of the throw pillows and Leah is wide awake.

"I never expected to imprint when Maggie told me about it," Leah confesses, knowing it was inevitable for her to to ignore Sam forever. "When Embry imprinted on me, I felt a weight lift off of my chest." She glances at her ex-boyfriend, who is already looking at her. "Like I could finally... get over you."

"You deserve nothing more than happiness, Leah," Sam says, his voice surprising his ex - she didn't expect him to actually reply. "I never wanted to hurt you, Leah. You do understand that, right?"

"I do, I understand. You didn't have your wolf under control yet," Leah replies. "But that's not what hurt the most. It hurt, but not as much as it hurt when you got with my cousin."

"I imprinted on her," Sam claims. "It wasn't my choice."

"I know that now, Maggie explained it all," Leah replies with a sigh, combing her fingers through Maggie's short hair. "I have a question."

Sam smiles a little. "Alright."

"When did you learn you had a sister?" Leah replies.

"I was about two when mom gave her up, she was one," Sam says with a smile. "I kind of already remembered her before mom told me. She told me again when I was sixteen, shortly after you and I went on our first date. She brought me to Forks and she showed me the pretty girl sitting with her best friend at the park."

"Maggie never dated," Sam continues as Leah listens. "I'd watch over her after mom told me. I promised mom I'd keep an eye on Maggie."

"You know she was your sister when she'd hang out here," Leah concludes.

"Yeah, but I couldn't say anything as a promise to both our mom and Charlie," Sam claims. "God, I wanted to approach her when I was sixteen, right when my mom told me and showed her to me, but she made me promise not to until she knew. Charlie and mom told her after her junior prom. She phased the day after."

"Why did Seth and I take a week?" Leah asks.

"I'm not sure," Sam replies. "I think your wolf gene was naturally triggered because you're eighteen but Seth... we'll talk more at the pack meeting tomorrow."

Leah nods and she yawns. "Thank you for talking to me."

"You're the one who hated me, Leah, not the other way around," Sam muses as he gets comfy. "Goodnight, LeLe."

Leah feels her stomach drop at the old nickname. "Goodnight, Sammy."

Sam smirks at the old nickname and he closes his puppy dog brown eyes. Leah blushes slightly as she curls up beside Maggie. The two friends cuddle together that night.
