y/n pov:
Me and Harry begin walking towards dumbledores office a million questions rushing through both of our heads. We finally reach Dumbledore's office professor Mcgonagall in front of us.
"Sherbert lemon" Mcgonagall speaks with her hands out in front of her.
The staircase into Dumbledore's office begins moving and professor Mcgonagall rushes me and Harry onto it, as we are nearing his office I can feel my heartbeat begin to quicken.
"y/n" Harry says ushering me forward into Dumbledore's office.
Harry and I slowly step into Dumbledore's office and to our surprise, we are met with the minister of magic.
"I'm sure you are wondering what the meaning of all this is" the minister speaks in a monotone voice.
Me and Harry both just nod in response wanting to get whatever this is over with.
"Well as you have most likely heard the infamous Sirius Black has escaped from Azkaban and we think he may be after you two" the minister speaks his eyes darting back and forth between Harry and I.
"Uh may I ask why?" I respond my voice slightly shaking with each word I speak.
"well miss y/l/n as you know your father was in Azkaban for the murder of Lily and James Potter, now what you don't know is that your father happens to be Sirius black" The minister responds looking almost afraid.
The moment those words left his mouth it felt as if my heart came to a complete stop, my vision started becoming more blurry and it felt as if the room was spinning.
"y/n!" I heard Harry shout before everything went dark.
I woke up to the sound of the easily recognizable voice that belonged to none other than Fred Weasley.
"do you think she will be okay" he says his voice laced with concern.
My eyes quickly open up and I'm met with my three best friends, the Weasley twins, and Madam Pomfrey.
"y/n you're awake" Hermione crys a smile starting to form among her lips.
Before I could even get the chance to say anything or even get up I'm tackled into a hug from Fred followed by George and then everyone else (expect Madam Pomfrey).
"don't scare me like that again" Fred whispers into my ear causing a chill to go down my spine.
"I'm sorry I didn't plan on passing out" I say earning a laugh from the red headed boy.
"Harry told us what happened" George says.
"oh" I say quietly while everyone looks at me with sympathetic eyes.
After a couple of moments of awkward silence Ron decides to speak up.
"bloody hell I nearly forgot Hagrid is the new care of magical creatures professor we wouldn't wanna miss that now would we" he says with a goofy smile.
