The Sunbird and Crow (Heather McNamara x JD)

The day passed by smoothly. Everyone quickly got into the habit of giving McNamara the same respect as they gave Chandler. As the last bell rang signaling the end of the school day, Chandler met the other Heathers and Veronica at her locker. The girls put their books away and slammed their lockers shut. Duke, jealous and annoyed, ran off to her Jeep and left before Chandler could give any more orders. Veronica was absorbed in her diary, like she had been all day. Once Veronica left, Chandler turned to McNamara. "Hey Mac! Why don't you come over today? Maybe sleep over?" McNamara excitedly nodded and promised to arrive around 6. As she left the building, she was stopped by the two jock assholes. "Hey babe~. You wanna come over tonight and have a little fun?", said Ram Sweeney. She rolled her eyes and replied. "We're over, Ram. I'm busy tonight." He raised his eyebrows, "How about tomorrow night?" She pretended to think. "You know what? I think I'm gonna be busy tomorrow and any time you ask me. I'm done with you." And with that, she walked off to where JD was standing. JD noticed she looked annoyed. "What's wrong, darling?" She shook her head and said, "Just Ram being an asshole again. Nothing new. Anyways, how was your day?" He reached into his trench coat and pulled out a cigarette. He studied it for a second before lighting it. "It was fine. The usual really. Stupid classmates, stupid teachers." She nodded and took the cigarette from him. She threw it on the ground and crushed it. "Those aren't good for you, Jason." He smirked and pinned her against the wall. He kissed her and whispered into her ear. "Oh, darling, I know. But I think maybe a little alone time with you would be good for me." McNamara blushed, looking over his shoulder to see Chandler watching with a slight smirk. JD smiled, knowing she was flustered. "C'mon darling! I'll give you a ride home." She nodded and got on the motorbike with JD and they rode off.

When JD had dropped Heather off, he waited till she was safe before waving and riding off. McNamara went upstairs to her room and sat at her desk. She did homework till 4:45. After that. she began to pack for her sleepover. Just as she was putting her pajamas in her duffel bag, her phone chimed. She saw she had a text from Chandler. "Aw shit. I forgot it was my grandmother's birthday. Sorry. But we'll have a sleepover soon. I promise!" McNamara grinned a little, knowing Chandler was always forgetting things. She texted back Chandler and decided to spend the rest of the night watching YouTube. Her parents were out of town and she was bored. She got tired around 11:45 and went to bed...


Around 2:30 in the morning, she was woken up by a knocking on her window. She looked to see JD grinning. Smiling to herself, she got up and opened the window. JD climbed inside and shut the window behind him. Heather raised an eyebrow and asked, "It's 2:30 in the morning. Why are you here?" He laughed a little and said "Well, princess, I just missed you. Thought maybe I'd pop in and say hello." She laughed and kissed him. "You are a mystery, Jason Dean."





A/N: Anddddd that was last week's chapter! I actually wrote this on Friday but I had to go do something and I had a busy weekend so I never got to do the A/N. You'll be getting another chapter sometime around the end of this week. But now I gotta go and do a test that I've been putting off since Thursday. Wish me luck! Byeeeee!
