Jaehyun and I had remained silent for a while before he suggested calling Jibeom too, which I agreed on. I supposed it was a good idea to discuss it as friends, also as Seungmin's friends. After all it was his decision and we wanted to see him happy no matter what. As I was still silent I decided to say something to Jaehyun. 

"I'm sorry, I'm just not able to find any words to describe what I'm thinking," I apologized as we called Jibeom, wanting him to join the group call. "Right? My mouth is rather overflowing, but I don't know how to express my feelings either. I guess I'm just utterly surprised," Jaehyun said as Jibeom had joined the call. "This better be a valid reason because I was literally asleep for two seconds," He warned and gained a chuckle from Jaehyun. "Oh don't you worry, you probably don't want to sleep after hearing it," He said as Jibeom growled, "Doesn't that make it worse?"

We went on talking some nonsense before we came to the point again, ready to tell Jibeom about Seungmin. "So," I started, knowing that Jaehyun would probably talk so fast he wouldn't be understood, "You know how he's been dissapearing lately?" I paused, "We think it might have to do with something Jaehyun saw on his way back home." 

Now, also Jibeom remained quiet. I decided to not wait and tell him about what we saw, when Jaehyun spoke up before me. "Seungmin and Y were holding hands," he said as if he had waited centuries before being able to tell anyone as he blabbered some random things afterwards I could not comprehend. "Jaehyun, are you sure that's what you saw?" Jibeom asked as Jaehyun yelled a loud 'yes', giving me pain in my ear. "Yes, I saw it with my own eyes. I even followed them for a while. Seungmin was smiling at him, I think they might be a thing," Jaehyun told us as I noticed a little worry in his voice. "Why does it have to be Y?" He wondered a little sad as Jibeom tried to cheer him up. "Maybe Y's changed. Miracles do happen, I know that," Jibeom told him as I agreed with Jibeom. "Right, shouldn't we find out the situation first before critisizing him in the first place? I mean, wouldn't that be fair?," I suggested as my friends seemed to agree.

"You're right. Let's try to find out what Y's intentions are," Jaehyun steadily pointed out and I could hear him writing it down, "It's a mission now." Jibeom and I chuckled as this was typically Jaehyun. He was a species on his own. "Let's meet up a little earlier tomorrow, then we can follow them," Jaehyun continued as I agreed and so did Jibeom. "Great, then I have to shower now. Text you guys later," And with that he hung up the phone, leaving me and Jibeom. "Well, uh, I guess I'm going to sleep now too," Jibeom told me, "So, uh, sleep well," he hung up the phone before I could say anything back as I shook my head a little. Jibeom was really a softie inside, wasn't he?

I put my phone next to my bed and drifted off in a deep sleep, not noticing my alarm until my mom stormed into my room about how I was late again. Normally I woke up before my alarm, but because of the phonecall I stayed up pretty late, causing me to sleep longer, too. "I'm coming," I yelled and quickly put on a cute dress before leaving my room and joining breakfast. "I heard you and Donghyun called yesterday, I'm happy your bond is still so good," she smiled and put a small box on the table, "I have to go to work now," she said, "The box is for Donghyun when he gets back, don't tell him about it," she waved at me and told me a 'love you' before leaving the house. I followed quickly after her, after having eaten breakfast and packed my back. 

I made my way to school quickly, as I promised Jaehyun and Jibeom to meet at school a little earlier. It took me a small five minutes to arrive at school since I had chosen to ride my bike for the day to get there faster. I waved at Jibeom, who was already there and parked my bike at a save spot. "Hi," I smiled and he smiled back, looking around to find Jaehyun. "Don't tell me the idiot is late while he suggested it himself," he chuckled as Jaehyun ran toward us, clearly just woken up. "Ahem, sorry," He told us while catching his breath and pointing at a direction in front of us. "There," he said, as all three of us saw two small figured walking towards us. "Is that them?" I whisper yelled as Jibeom and Jaehyun both shrugged but nevertheless we hid behind a group of trashcans on the road. 

"It really is them!" I whisper yelled again as Jibeom put his hand on my mouth to shut me up. "shh, they'll hear us," he whispered and slowly removed his hand, as Y and Seungmin were making their way towards us. We could even hear them talking.

"So you're free tonight?" Y asked as Seungmin nodded, "Of course," he responded softly, while holding onto a small part of his bag nervously. "Great, maybe you could bring those friends of yours too, I know I'll do someone a favour," Y continued as Seugmin nodded. "Us?" Jaehyun pointed at himself as we shrugged, "Why is he dragging us into his mess?" 

Then, Seungmin and Y passed us and we got out of our hiding spot when they were far away. "I can't believe him," Jaehyun muttered as I slapped his shoulder softly. "We don't know anything yet, though. Probably it's just to hang around. Wouldn't that be good? It would be an opportunity to confront Y directly." I explained as I gained approving looks from my friends.

"You're right, let's do this." 

It seemed like I was not only going to find out what Joochans intentions were, but also those of Y.
