                  Shannon's POV:

I woke up, or at least I think I did, I don't really know. "She's awake!" I heard a male's voice, "Get the Lycan family!" "Yes, Doctor!" A female voice replied. A few minutes has past and then I heard footsteps and a door opening. "Sissy!" I heard a little girl squill and I felt her arms wrap around my body. "I'm sorry," I said, "But who are you?" "Wut are chu talking bout, Sissy?" She replied in a playful tone, "It's me, Layla!" "Ok, but how do I know you," I said, "and why are you calling me 'Sissy?'" "Layla," I heard another man's voice from behind her, "The doctor said that she has memory loss and it will take some time for her to recover." "Sissy!" Layla said with desperation in her voice, "Please!" "I'm sorry," I said, "I don't know who either of you are." Layla started to sob and let go of me to walk over to where I heard that man's voice.

              Aaron's POV:

"Aaron," the Lt. of the gf said, "Can you come here for a minute?" I nodded and asked Blue, and Dottie to look after Layla then followed him out. "My name is Peirce," the Lt. said, "I have told the news that the Ultima is no longer threat and that your family is sorry for what they did. I also told them that the current Ultimas have control over their eyes. Your family can now live in peace." "Thank you," I said, "But what about Shannon?" "I don't know about her condition well enough to come to a conclusion," He replied, "All I know is that she can only see shapes and she lost her memory." I looked down then said, "Thank you." I walked back into the room and told Shannon that we were going home.

                 Shannon's POV:

"Home?" I asked, "Where is home?" "Take my hand," He said. I reluctantly followed him. There was something familiar about him but I just can't put my finger on it. The girl from earlier followed us and so did the two other girls that were in the room. "Aaron," A man's voice called from behind us, "Make sure you bring her back for testing so we can figure out what is wrong." "Yes, Lieutenant," Aaron replied...

When we got to a house, it felt like I was home. "Shannon!" A female's voice said in front of me, "You're alive!" "Who are you?" I asked confused. "I'm your mother," She said, "Don't you remember me?" "Mom," Aaron said, "She lost her memory during the fight as well as her sight." "How long do you think she will be like this?" She asked. "I don't know," Aaron replied. "What's going to happen now?" the female from the hospital room asked. "I don't know, Dottie," Aaron replied, "But whatever happens, we will get through it."
