"Em? What are you still doing in here? It's time for school... Did you sleep here?" Lyssa said as she helped me up.
"What? I don't really remember. I guess I just fell asleep." I said
"Oh, ok. Well go get ready! Zander's picking you up!" Lyssa said as she left.
Why couldn't Lyssa take me? Oh yeah. She had a early morning drama practice.
HONK HONK
Sounds like Zander's here.
"Hey Em! How's your day so far?" Zander said happily.
"Um... I'm tired so I don't really want too talk." I said. Didn't he remember what happened last night? I cried... again. How could he not remember. He was the reason I cried.
"Ok? Someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed!" Zander said sarcastically.
"Really Zander?! You needed to use that joke today? Well guess what? I didn't even wake up on a bed last night!" I yelled sadly.
"I'm sorry Em. I didn't know you didn't have a place to sleep last night." Zander said thoughtfully.
"I actually just fell asleep in the tree house last night after... well after the bowling thing." I said, embarrassed.
"The bowling thing? Oh ya. I forgot about that." Zander said shyly.
"How? How could you forget what happened last night? It was pretty important." I said. Seriously. Nobody could forget that awkwardness.
