A / N: Happy Friday! This chapter is a bit longer than the other ones, but I think it well worth the extra words. A lot is happening!

They were trying their best to be quiet; I knew they probably thought I was sleeping, but really I was just showering. Taking my time to wash the grime from the bar off my skin, while trying to compose myself and what I was going to say. Abel, Emma, and I talked about what had happened and how I had gotten to this point and by the end of the story they were just as angry as I was. As I stood under the warm water I finally admitted to myself that I was also trying to delay the inevitable, but they are wolves and the tensions were high right now and every minute I delayed things were getting worse. Quite literally my appearance in Haven Woods Territory has been equivalent of a wrecking ball.
As much as I did not want to do it, I knew that there was a lot that I had to tell them. I could not let Abel and Emma do it for me anymore. I could not expect Callen to always run behind me cleaning up my messes. It was not fair to them and although they were willing to do it, it was time for me to face my own demons.
"Sid, please be with me right now. I need you more than ever. We need to face who we are and stop running from it, hiding it." My silent appeal to her going unanswered, "I am tired of running from who we are Sid. So, let's tell them. "
"You are a serious pain in my ass! Worse than a damn pup yapping that it is hungry." Sid barked at me, earning a chuckle.
"You know I think in the human world they call it crying?"
"Whatever, I do not care. Pups are annoying and so are you!"
"Love you too, Obsidian."
"Yeah, yeah. Let's get this over with already. I don't want to deal with these people anymore, they are giving me a headache." Her tone sarcastic and snippy.
"Does this mean you do not want a mate anymore?"
"If he's going to act like a heathen Alpha, no. I need away from these people right now. I'm going to snap, I do not like Edison and the way he speaks to us." As usual Sid and I were on the same page, we were interested in Elias, but needed away from all of this to process everything.
"Thank you, Sid. I do not tell you enough how happy I am that you are my wolf."
"Enough with the sappy and go already."
They were all caught up in their own little world, no one paying attention to me. It made it easy for me to watch what was going on and assess what I needed to do to fix the mess I had caused. Which I knew was not going to be easy as the tension and emotions were running on high right now, not to mention my own.
"Seriously? You are just going to stand here and watch them?" Sid said, "I would have loved a longer soak in the tub instead of that shower!"
"Sid, we need to know what we are walking into."
"Idiot, we know what we are walking into. A damn mess, just like always. We really are a glutton for punishment you know that?" As always Sid was right, we did tend to walk into messes all the time or more realistically we created them.
Emma's mother, Luna Allison came into the house and I watched as she walk to where everyone else was impatiently eyeing one another, waiting for the perfect time to pounce on one another. "Ahh, you are all here perfect."
