Raven slowly made her way to the kitchen to start breakfast for the boys. As she rounded the corner she found Sam and Dean already awake. Sam noticed her first.
                              "Good morning." He smiled.
Dean turned around in his chair.
"Morning. Coffee is made." He said nodding towards the counter.
"Thanks. You guys want some breakfast?" She asked as she fixed her coconut coffee.
"We've been here for a month, Ray. When have you ever known Dean to turn food down?" Sam laughed.
"Especially home cooked meals." Dean said rubbing his hands together.
Raven laughed to herself and began digging in the refrigerator for bacon, eggs, sausage, and the pancake mix he pre-made the morning before.
"Uh, Dean." Raven slowly turned around to face him with a terrified look on her face.
Sam jumped up asking what's wrong, ready to pounce.  He sat back down when he realized what was happening.
Dean looked over at her with a deadpan look.
                              "Don't you dare." He growled.
"We're out of bacon." She said slowly moving sideways one step and a time to the counter. She set everything down and looked back to Dean.
"How is the bunker out of bacon?" He threw his hands in the air.
"Well, when you eat it every single day, it tends to disappear, Dean." Sam rolled his eyes.
                              "Aeryn!" Dean yelled.
"The closest grocery store is 2.3 miles away. The address is sent to your cell phone." Aeryn replied.
"Damn, you even got Aeryn on edge about bacon." Raven laughed. "Don't be long, Dean, I have plans with V today!" she called out after him as he was stomping up the stairs.
You turned back to the stove, grabbing pans and bowls from the cabinets to begin mixing and cooking.
"What are we doing here, Sam?" she asked breaking his concentration on the book in front of him.
"What do you mean?" he asked confused.
"Why were we spared? There has to be a reason. What makes us so special? And what's this world about? It's so...peaceful." She stated sounding annoyed.
"I've been wondering the same thing, Ray. This sitting around, not doing anything... It's driving me crazy."
"There has to be a catch. We don't get peace. Not this much anyways." She said turning back to the stove.
"Have you heard from Cas at all?" he asked.
The mention of his name made her heart ache. She hadn't seen or heard from him since she overheard the conversation through her bedroom door.
"No." she replied quietly. "I'm guessing since you're asking, you haven't either."
"Right. I don't understand. He never stays away this long without reaching out."
"It's only been a few weeks. Maybe he got caught up in this God stuff." She suggested, looking for any good reason he'd stay away.
"Yeah. Maybe." Sam replied but not convinced.
Just as she was removing the last of the pancakes from the stove the front door slid open.
"Raven!" Savannah squealed as she ran down the stairs, through the library, and into the kitchen.
Raven knelt down and caught her as she jumped into her arms.
"Hey princess. I just finished making pancake, would you like some?" Raven asked hugging her.
"Yes, please." She asked as she skipped to the table where Sam was sitting and climbed up into a chair. "Hi, Sammy." She said with a toothy grin.
"Hello there, V. What are you and Raven doing today?" he asked her.
He was completely ignored as Raven sat a plate in front of her with a pancake on it. On the pancake were two slices of bananas for eyes, a blueberry for a nose and a smile made out of chocolate syrup. Framing the pancake was fluffy whipped cream. Savannah's eyes grew wide at the sight. She looked up to Raven with a big smile on her face.
"Oooo thank you!" she clapped before picking up her fork and ripping it apart.
Raven smiled and giggled at her reaction as she moved back to the stove and began cleaning up what she could wash while she waited on Dean.
As she was putting the eggs back in the refrigerator she heard the fluttering of wings, making her heart skip a beat. She turned around quickly, maybe to eagerly but was disappointed when she seen Gabriel standing there.
"Gabriel, hey." Sam said standing up.
"HeyYa, Sammy." Gabriel said not taking his eyes off of Raven.
                              "It's Sam." Sam said annoyingly.
"You don't like Sammy?" Savannah asked with a mouth full of whipped cream.
                              Sam turned to her smiling,
"You're allowed to call me Sammy anytime you'd like to." He said patting her on the head.
"What's with the disappointing look, sister?" Gabriel asked Raven.
Raven brushed him off offering him food and coffee.
"No thanks, watching my girlish figure." He said with a pose.
Raven rolled her eyes turning her attention back to cleaning up just as Dean walked through the door.
"You wouldn't believe the hassle you get for paying with the damn card Cas gave us instead of a chip in our damn thumbs." He grunted as he handed Raven a pack of bacon. He turned to the refrigerator and filled the meat drawer with even more bacon.
"Hey Gabriel, what's up?" he asked
Gabriel nodded at Dean but his attention never left Raven.
"I wouldn't touch that." Dean warned.
"What's up with her? I appear; she whips around and then basically glares at me. What did I do?" He asked.
"You didn't do anything. You're just simple the wrong angel." Dean replied.
                              Gabriel's eyes widened.
"So this is why little brother has been sulking around like a sad little puppy."
"This has nothing to do with Cas. Just mind your own business. All of you." Raven yelled.
"Raven?" Savannah was now sitting at the table with a worried look on her face. "Why are you mad?"
"I'm not, honey." She said walking over to her. "Let's go to your room and hang out."
Savannah jumped down for the chair taking Raven's hand.
"Can we build Legos?" the little girl asked.
                              "Yes we absolutely can."
"Wait, what about the bacon?" Dean called after her.
"Ask Aeryn to cook it." Raven yelled back as she exited the bunker.
