Everything that Elvira told him was a lot to take in. Not only was she in love with Tamaki in the past he betrayed that trust in a single night.  It must have been hard for her after finding out what Tamaki did. He can understand her trust issues and why she doesn't want to get close to people. He let her explain her side of the story, how she felt about herself afterward and how she handles feelings now. It was a painful journey for her to take to reflect on past mistakes. Bakugo could only stare at Elvira as she looked down in tears. Her hands clenched against her knees as she hung her head down in shame. He gently wrapped his arms around her body to pull her in close and she pressed her forehead against his shoulder. He held her close as she continued to sob against him. She was such a strong woman in his eyes and seeing her like this was making him sad. He didn't want her to cry like this anymore. He wanted to keep her close in his arms and never let go. After a while, Elvira calmed down enough and Bakugo continued to comfort her. She looked up at him with her tired red eyes, smiling at him. His hand gently caressed her cheek before pressing his forehead against hers.

"I promise you that I am not with anyone else. I take our relationship seriously and I wouldn't do anything to jeopardize that." Bakugo whispered as he held onto her hands.

"Thank you, Katsuki." she sniffled and held his hands. "I know you wouldn't do that to me. You've always proved yourself."

"I fought him for you. So yeah, I'll do anything for you." Bakugo chuckled softly.

Elvira laughed a little bit. "And you are fucking idiot for fighting like that."

Bakugo smiled to himself as she continued to look over his face and she lifted his shirt to look for more bruises. He had a few on his chest as well as his back. She let out a sigh as she gently touched the bruise on his chest. Bakugo winced for a moment before she pulled down his shirt. She walked out of the bathroom after shutting the first aid kit. He followed her close behind into the kitchen where she was getting an icepack ready for him. She gently placed it on the bruise on his face and he flinched at the temperature change.

"You are going to be bruised for a few days. You guys really did a number on one another." she sighed as she let him grab the ice pack.

"I hate to admit it but yeah he has one hell of a punch on him." Bakugo rolled his eyes but chuckled.

"When I came home I didn't expect two grown men fighting in the living room. It scared the hell out of me." she put her hand on her hip and frowned at him.

"Oh come on, you can't tell me that watching me fight didn't turn you on?" Bakugo smirked.

Elvira pulled away with a flustered expression. "That's beside the point!"

"Like I said before. You are such a weird woman," he smirked at her.

"Oh please." she rolled her eyes with a scoff.

Something was bothering Bakugo but he was scared to bring it up to her. After she explained her relationship with Tamaki, he felt like something wasn't adding up. He knew that Tamaki hurt her and that she loved him in a way. However, Bakugo was wondering why she didn't want to move on from the situation. Since it's been a year since what happened between them and she would have moved on by now. Hell, she had Bakugo now and he wanted to know if he was still enough for her. He bit the inside of his cheek as he lost himself in mid-thought.

"Katsuki? Are you alright?" she waved her hand in front of his face.

He needed to ask her.

Here goes nothing.

"What if someone came into your life and couldn't help but fall in love with you?" Bakugo asked as she looked at him.

"What do you mean?" she frowned.
