Stella looked upset as she marched to the balcony for some fresh air. She had barely reached there when she bumped into Chinaza.

"Woah, be careful!" Chinaza warned, carefully gripping her champagne flute. She inspected her gown if her champagne spilled and smiled when she saw nothing.

"Sorry," Stella apologised tartly.

"What is up with you?" Chinaza asked out of curiosity.

"Tayo" Stella replied angrily unable to stop herself.

Chinaza laughed and Stella stared at Chinaza while she laughed. Chinaza noticed and stopped laughing. She wiped the mirth from her eyes, "what?"

"You don't treat me the way Megan treats me neither do you treat me the way Roxy does," Stella observed.

"Yes" Chinaza sipped her champagne. "that's true because I don't hate you. Hating you will benefit me in no way. Also, I don't like you, I just don't care."

She stared blankly at the party, "This family is so full of many lies and secrets that if you stop caring, it won't come as a surprise to you."

"You are really weird" Stella couldn't help but blurt and Chinaza laughed. Stella continued with a smile, "but I like you more than Megan."

"Of course you do" Chinaza smiled.
Stella watched the party with Chinaza amd her eyes widened in panic when she saw Tayo heading for her.

"Excuse me," she quickly ran away and Tayo followed.

Stella appeared at a balcony and sighed in annoyance when Tayo caught up. She glared at him. "What do you want?"

"I am not going to force you to marry me Stella," Tayo said softly and Stella eyed him suspiciously. "I am going to show you that I truly love you and want to be with you."

"Ugh," Stella groaned, face palming herself and a soft smile appeared on Tayo's lips.

"Tayo I don't want to disgrace you but if you continue, you will get what is coming," Stella said fiercely. "Get this through your thick head, I won't marry you. I don't want to marry you." She ran her hands through her hair frustrated. "stop trying to achieve something that can't be achieved, just stop!"

Adding to Stella's frustration, Tayo replied calmly, "I won't let you make a mistake Stella. When you regain your memory, you will regret not listening to me."

"Mistake?!"

Stella didn't know when Tayo had come closer to her and held her. His sympathetic eyes pierced her irritated ones.

"You have to trust me Stella, I really want what's best for you," he said soothingly then kissed her, shocking her.

Stella's eyes widened in shock while Brandon stared surprised having stumbled on the scene.

Stella regained her strength and angrily slapped him. Tayo staggered, clutching his cheek and looked at Stella mildly annoyed.

"How dare you?! I am going to sue you for assault, if I see you anywhere near me again, I am going to ruin you!" Stella fumed and walked past him.
