The next day at the Esoro mansion. Marlene, Roxy, Megan and Chinaza were seated in the living room having breakfast together.

Four bodyguards stood nearby, one of them on each side of the room. "Where did Stella go to? She didn't come back home last night and she didn't even call" Marlene said upset.

"I don't know, she left with her boyfriend yesterday but she was really upset." Roxy replied, glancing at Megan who immediately frowned.

Marlene pressed her lips together displeased and worried. Just then, Nora skipped into the house. "Good morning ma, good morning everyone" Nora greeted enthusiastically.

Everyone mumbled a 'good morning' in response. "Nora, good timing, have you seen Stella?" Roxy immediately asked.

"No..." Nora answered thoughtfully and Roxy deflated.

Megan abruptly got up. "Stella this, Stella that. Stella is an adult. I am sick of hearing her name, I am going inside."

Nora and Roxy exchanged an awkward look as Megan walked in, bumping into Becca on the way. Becca and Megan stared at each other before Megan huffed and walked away.

"Sister Becca?" Nora questioned puzzled.

"Nora, how are you?" Becca smiled as she took a seat.

"I'm fine." Nora answered.

"Thank you miss Marlene for letting me stay the night." Becca thanked.

"You're welcome dear, don't mention it." Marlene smiled warmly. She opened her mouth to speak when a bloodcurdling scream pierced through the air.

The bodyguards jolted in surprise and Everyone got up in shock.

"What was that?" Nora asked frightened.

"It...sounded like Megan!" Chinaza exclaimed wide eyed.

Everyone rushed in the direction of the scream and found themselves scrambling into Cassandra's room. They met Megan staring and trembling fixedly at the bed.

"Megan, why did you-oh my God" Roxy froze in horror at the figure dyed red on the bed. Looks of horror appeared on everyone's face.

The sun rays hit Stella at her spot on the bed and she roused from her sleep. She looked around slightly confused to be in a room.

"How did I get here?"

She got up and went to the living room. Her eyes settled on Brandon asleep on the couch and she couldn't help a fond smile.

"He slept here? I inconvenienced him," Stella smiled. She looked around, "I can't believe I spent the night here."

Stella inched closer to Brandon and stopped in front of him. She stared at his sleeping face and smiled sweetly. "He is a cute guy too." She mused.

A shrill ringtone pierced the air and Brandon opened his eyes instantly as Stella jumped startled. "Stella?" he said groggily.

"Good morning, thank you for lending me your bed!" Stella hurriedly said flustered.

Brandon sat up with a groan and rubbed his eyes. "It's fine." He opened his eyes again and took out his phone. "Hello?"

Stella looked away intending to give Brandon some privacy but she paused at the change of emotion on Brandon's face. She stared curiously.

"I'm on my way." Brandon said briefly, glancing at Stella then hung up.
