Several weeks have passed since the war. Draco is worried about Stephanie, who cries every chance she gets. She can't take it anymore. Stephanie got up from her bed and looked into the mirror. Her eyes were red and puffy. She touched her tear stained face.
"Thisssss issssn't good for you Sssssteph." Eve said.
"I know b-but I don't know what to do." She grabbed her wand and pointed it to her head.
"What are you doing?"
"Avada K-" Someone tackled her to the ground. They threw Stephanie's wand across the room.
"ARE YOU CRAZY!?" Draco said as he pinned her to the ground. "WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU!?"
"D-Draco.."
"Why!? Why would you even try to do that?" Stephanie bursted out crying again.
"I'm sorry.. I just wanna be with father and mother and Layla.."
"I know you do." Draco picked her up off the ground and put her on her bed. "Stay for me, Steph. We haven't even gone to Paris."
"Paris?"
"Yeah.. You said you wanted to go. I planned the trip already. We can go in three days if you want."
"Paris.."
"Yes. Do you want to go?"
"Yes.."
"Good." He sat next to the girl, who put her head in his lap. He started playing with her hair.
"Draco.."
"Yes darling?"
"Do you even love me?"
"Are you serious? No words can express how much I love you. I would die for you. I would do anything for you. If you told me to get something from the bottom of the ocean, I would do it just for you. I would kill for you. I love you so much baby. Don't ever think for a second that I don't love you." He held the girl to his chest.
"I-I.. I love you too, Draco." She started crying again.
"Please don't cry. Be happy for me. Please.. I hate it when you're sad."
"How am I supposed to be happy when my whole family is gone!?"
"Shh.. you have us. We're you're family too. Stay alive for them. Stay alive for me baby. For your family. They wouldn't want you to take your own life away. Snape would be disappointed if you did. Don't you want to be a potions professor?"
"Mhm."
"Then stay alive to be one. You can't teach children when you're dead."
"Thank you Draco. I don't know what I would do without you.."
"It's ok baby. Come on I have some chocolate for you. Will that make you feel better?" She nodded. "Good."

"You have all your suitcases?" Draco asked.
"Mhm. Is it just us or are your parents coming?"
"Just us, darling."
"How are we gonna get there?"
"Floo network."
"Ok.." The two went into the fire place. Draco threw the powder over his shoulder.
"Paris, France." They were now in a different area. They stepped out of the fireplace.
"Where's the hotel?"
"In France."
"You suck."
"Come on." They started walking to the hotel.
"Pick me up."
"No."
"I hate you."
"No you don't."
"I know." After minutes of walking, they made it to the hotel. Draco checked in and got the key. They then made it up to their room. Stephanie went inside the room and put her bags down. "Woah.. you got us a suite!?"
"The best for my baby." Stephanie explored the room.
"This is awesome. Thank you."
"No problem." Stephanie laid on the bed. There was only one bed in the suite, but Stephanie didn't mind sharing. Draco laid next to the girl. "So what's first?"
"Nap."
"No nap! We didn't go to Paris so you can nap."
"Ugh. Fine how about we go to a restaurant? Then the Eiffel Tower! Doesn't it have lights on when it's night?"
"I have no clue. Put on something nice. We're gonna go to a fancy restaurant. Ok darling?"
"Ok." Stephanie took out a black dress and went into the bathroom. She changed and went out. She put on some makeup, jewelry, and heels. Draco came out of the bathroom in a black suit.
"Ready?"
"Yes." The two left the hotel and went to the fancy restaurant. They had dinner there. They talked about what other stuff they can do in Paris and how much they loved each other. After dinner they went to the Eiffel Tower. "It does light up.. This is beautiful."
"Not as beautiful as you though."
"You're so cheesy." Draco chuckled. "Look at the stars."
"This is amazing.."
"Yeah.."
"We should go back."
"Why?"
"I have a surprise for you."
"Ok.." The two went back into the hotel. Stephanie sat on the bed in the room. "What's the surprise?"
"This." Draco pulled the curtains on the window. He revealed a balcony with the view of the Eiffel Tower and many buildings that were glowing. There were so many bright and colorful lights.
"Woah.." Stephanie opened the door to the balcony and went outside, Draco following.
"Cool right?"
"More than cool. This is amazing. When we were down there, we couldn't see all of the buildings with the pretty lights."
"I figured you would like it."
"I love it."
"Stephanie, I've known you my whole life. You've made me happy on my darkest days. You're one of the reasons that I love to live. I am so glad I've met you. You never fail to make me happy." He got on his knee and pulled out a box from his pocket. "Stephanie Snape, will you marry me?"
"Yes.. of course I will marry you!" Draco got up and hugged her tightly. She returned the hug. They then shared a passionate, long kiss filled with love. Once the two broke away, Draco slid the emerald ring onto her finger.
