Chapter 47 New Rules

"All student organizations are henceforth disbanded. Any student in noncompliance will be expelled." The sign read that Filch hung up on the wall.

"Does that mean the choir is banned?" Stephanie asked Draco, Daphne, and Blaise.

"Why you wanna sing for us?" Blaise asked jokingly.

"No I'm just asking stupid questions. I swear if she makes a new rule about no kissing I'll jump off a cliff."

"Don't say that. Let's just go to the library and study." Draco said.

"Can't. I made plans with Theo today." Daphne said.

"Probably snogging."

"Stop making snogging jokes when you do it every five seconds Blaise!"

"Whatever. I'm gonna find another girl to hook up with. I'm gonna go for that cute Gryffindor."

"Isn't she a year younger than you?"

"So?"

"Ugh you're weird. See you guys later then." Stephanie and Draco went to the library and sat at a table behind some bookshelves. There were barely any people in the library and the people who were there were far from them. Stephanie grabbed a book and began reading. Draco then took the book from her. "Seriously? We're not doing this again."

"Then kiss me."

"Ugh fine." Stephanie got up from her seat and went to Draco. She then gave a quick his on his cheek.

"What was that?"

"A kiss."

"No like an actual kiss or no book." Stephanie sighed and kissed him. Draco pulled her so she was sitting on his lap. He wrapped his arms around her waist and began kissing her neck. Stephanie bit her lip as Draco gave her hickeys on her collarbone.

"Draco we're in a library do we have to do this now?"

"Yes. Yes we do." He continued kissing her, using his tongue. Stephanie pulled away.

"Stop Draco. We're in public."

"You wanna continue this in my room?" She didn't respond. "I'll take that as a yes." Draco put the book away and dragged her to his room. He pushed her onto the bed and got on top of her, closing the curtains on his bed. Draco took off his tie and tied Stephanie's hands up with it. She went wide eyed. She never saw this side of Draco before except when they were on the train but it didn't get this far. She had butterflies in her stomach. She knew she shouldn't be doing this but she liked it at the same time. Draco put his hand around her neck and began kissing her again. Stephanie kissed back while Draco used his tongue again. He then took his other hand and slid it up her shirt. Stephanie pulled away from him.

"Two more years. Wait two more years and I'll let you do whatever you want with me but for now we have to keep this to a limit."

"Fine. I can wait two more years." He untied her. "Can we still cuddle though?"

"Of course." Draco laid on top of Stephanie, his head in the crook of her neck. She began to play with his hair.

"I'm sorry for what I did to you."

"It's ok Draco. I liked it but we can't do it now."

"I know.." She kissed the top of his head.

"I'm taking a nap now. Wake me up for dinner."

"Fine."
