Chapter 14 - Quinn and Santana

The lights outside were dimming. The sun was setting on the horizon, casting a crimson shadow on the college campus.

Quinn had been sitting on the stairs for almost two hours, waiting for Santana. She was starting to wonder if that had been such a good idea. 

Santana had probably left by then, or taken another exit. 

Quinn stood up, rearranged her now crumpled sport clothes, and headed towards the gym.

I am going to check, just in case she's still inside. Which she probably isn't, anyways. So there's no risk, right?

As Quinn neared the entrance, she spotted light under the closed doors. 

Huh. Seems like there is still somebody here after all. 

She lay her hand gently on the door handle, hesitant to enter. Still scared to face her past. 

Then she took a deep breath, pressed on the handle and opened the door swiftly.
