You cough.

"Are you ok?" Nat repeated.

You process your thoughts and open your mouth to speak.

"Should I tell her for you, you seem to having a bit of a struggle," Loki interrupts.

"Shut it, Loki, she can speak for herself," Nat barks.

Loki gives her a side glance and turns back to you.

"Go on, then, Summer,"

You cough again and begin speaking.

"Just a simple nightmare, it's nothing,"

"Ooh, I think it was more than that, Summer. Go on, tell her what it was about,"

". . . You were all dead,"

"And?"

"I- it- it doesn't matter,"

"Oh, but it does," he leans forward, "go on,"

"What do you mean? I had a nightmare you guys were dead,"

"Why were you thrashing about?"

"That's what people do when they're having nightmares!"

Loki's mouth stopped moving but he continued speaking in your mind.

"I'm reading you, why don't you just tell her?"

"I'm afraid of what she'll say and I don't want you and Wanda to be here if I every say it!"

"Would you like us to leave?"

"No,"

"Why?"

"Because I'm not asking!"

"Why not?"

"I just told you!"

"Come on, I've read her too. She feels the same way about you as you do to her, she'll be ecstatic,"

"Yeah, right,"

"Why are you two just staring at each other? Is your friendship that bad?" Wanda speaks, scaring you.

"Possibly," Loki turns and walks to the kitchen.

"What am I going to do with you guys? And why hasn't Fury found you yet?"

"What?"

"You remember getting broken out of the experiment room, if he was really looking for you he'd find you. And he obviously knows you guys are gone because they have nothing to experiment on,"

"You're right," you say, "but he could be letting us go,"

"There's not a likely change that would happen," Nat crossed her arms.

"You're right. But what if we tried? He knows we're in the building but he doesn't seem to care, what if we tried to leave?"

"What were your powers again?" Loki re- entered the room holding a sandwich and a glass of milk.

"Uhhh, I don't remember, I haven't memorized them yet,"

"Kind of like Wanda's, but she split the earth, remember that?"

"Yeah, when I nearly got you killed?"

"It's all good," she smiled.

"Not exactly, but ok,"
