There they were, sitting back in Hoseok's office, the place they first meet as they went through another therapy session. Hoseok held Yoongi's hand, softly caressing it as Yoongi talked.
"Okay, so now that it's been a little bit sense we started, how much do you think you've grown throughout these lessons?" Hoseok asked, taking his hand away to grab him. Hoseok looked directly at Yoongi as teh elder thought about his answer.
"I feel like I've changed a lot, but not at all. It feels like I'm different from what I once was but not a whole new person yet," Yoongi said as he tried to think more about how he felt at teh moment.
"Tell me more about this feeling, what are ways that you think you've changed for the good, what are ways where you changed for the worse, and ways that you can change for the better?" Hoseok asked as Yoongi nodded, thinking a bit more.
Yoongi thought about this, he has definitely changed and he does feel a lot better about his health, but what ways can he make himself even happier. He always feels in a sad pit of emotion's whenever he's alone, but with other people, with Hoseok. He feels so much different.
"I feel like my mental state isn't as protective of myself anymore, but has definitely gotten more clingy and jealous of people being near someone I have an emotional connection with," Yoongi said as Hoseok nodded, writing something down as Yoongi thought some more.
"Now how do you think that you could fix this problem- let's just brainstorm ideas for now," Hoseok said as Yoongi smiled at him, slightly nodding his head.
"I think that ways I can fix this is by realizing that the person is still someone I care about, and that somebody isn't to forget about me anytime soon," Yoongi said as Hoseok nodded, writing them down. "And that people can have multiple friends and can be friends with people you may not like," Yoongi said is a pissed voice, obviously talking about something, or someone.
"Is that all? Or do you think there are some more ways you could change your 'attachment issues'," Hoseok asked as Yoongi shook his head. Hoseok softly nodded before looking at his notes again.
"So why do you think you are so protective and clingy towards people you have deep feelings for?" Hoseok asked, looking into Yoongi's eyes as the smaller thought for a mer second.
"I think it's because of my parents and my childhood if I'm being honest," Yoongi said as Hoseok nodded.
"Now Yoongi, do you wanna talk about this now, or would you rather talk about that later, whenever you're ready," Hoseok said in a sweet voice as he grabbed Yoongi's knee, reassuring him that it was okay.
"I-I wanna talk about it now, I want you know more about me and I wanna learn more about why I can be so clingy at times," Yoongi said as Hoseok's kissed his forehead.
"Now I want you to remember that feeling you had when you were younger. Conjure up your emotions and talk to be about it whenever you are ready,"
