cute..

cute..

not good, not fitting but.. cute. '...did i just..?' magnus didn't think that at all! he thought the complete opposite but there he was spouting nonsense without a second thought.

"aw, w-wow.. thanks magnus." dan softly took the compliment, a small blush on his cheeks as he warmly smiled. like magnus he was just as surprised, his confidence shot through the roof at the approval of the boy he loved yet his demeanor toned down. "i like your sweatshirt, it complements you nicely..."

magnus didn't like the warm feeling in his cheeks. "... thanks kouzo."

a brief silence followed, almost like at the pizza diner the two looked into eachother's eyes only this time.. the uncomfortable feeling magnus felt was somehow gone. he didn't even notice it was missing... he didn't care.

those aqua blue eyes, he could lose himself in them if he wanted to..

"ahem." shun cleared his throat snapping the two out of their trance. their equally surprising looks made shun chuckle "i'm gunna go see if benton needs any help." he said. "i'll leave you two alone."

when shun left the room dan sighed prompting magnus to look down at him. "i'm sorry about that," kouzo apologized with an embarrased grin. "sometimes i'll be too lost in thought i don't even realize i'll be staring at people!"

"it's alright, we've all been there." magnus said. he still couldn't believe what happened. it was just one slip-up though. he had to watch himself now, this was all bound to end. the fuzzy feeling in his stomach meant nothing. in order to change the subject the teen focused his attention to dan's ukelele "so.. do you actually know how to play that thing?"

"uh, sorta? my mom used to give me ukelele lessons all the time when she was in a band, it's been a while though, lemme see if i can remember how to do this.." dan then put the instrument up to his chest, tilting it a bit he used his hand to strum at the cords creating a soft melody, enough to sooth magnus' ears

"oh come on! he's gotta be hiding something in here..." lia looked through magnus' luggage behind the plane, hidden away so no one could spot her but all there was inside was a few pairs of clothes and some hygienic stuff

wynton had his eyes on the pyrus and darkus brawlers, he was supposed to keep watch in alert of anything suspicious but... nothing happened.

magnus just stood there, listening to dan strum him one of his many favorite songs. by the calm look on his face, he didn't look to be plotting anything absurd like venegas had said

honestly, what was the point in this?

wynton sighed and turned to the blue haired who was eyeing a comb suspiciously. "lia," he said. "why are we even doing this?"

"well isn't it obvious" she responded "if magnus is planning something evil he's gotta have some sort of clue about it in here."

"and have you found anything?"

lia went silent for a bit, she eyed magnus' once neatly folded clothes that were now a mess on the floor around her. "... no"

the ventus brawler sighed, another attempt in busting magnus resulted in a failure, as if magnus was planning anything at all! wynton trusted lia, she was his best friend ever since she befriended them in grade school and he she trusted her in every step in the way. but the more magnus was a member of the group, the more he was beginning to doubt her word and it pained him to think that.

but he's had enough, he needed to tell her how he felt. "lia, you might not like what i'm abouta say but..." the girl looked up at him, the understanding look in her eyes made him stop for a second before he finished his sentence. "don't cha think.. don't ya think all of this is kinda pointless?"
