EJ POV-
-1 month later-
Everything has been good so far. I've been texting Ricky a lot, we've been sending memes to each other, talking about stupid stuff we see on social media and things that are on our minds. He's really easy to talk to and makes me feel a different happy then when I'm with Nini.
He's also been hanging out with us more and I think he's getting more comfortable. But there is definitely something with him and Nini. I'll have to ask him about it.
I've also been texting and hanging out with Brookelynn. She's super nice and we train together, she also tricks me a lot with her shape shifting abilities. I told her the next time me and my friends hang out that she could come too and she was very happy with that.
I planned to go to the movies with everyone and bring Brook and Gina. I asked everyone and they agreed. We decided to go to the movies at 5 and I told them I would be bringing two friends. They were excited to meet them. I had uncle Dennis ask Terrie if Gina could come but I'm still waiting for an answer. I call Brook too and she said she would pick me and Ashlyn up. Ashlyn doesn't know about Brook or my training so I have to make something up on how we know each other.
My uncle walks into my room as I'm about to get up.
"Just wanted to tell you that we're doing practice later around 8."
"Ok and is Gina coming to the movies with us?"
"Yup, I told her mom she could drop her off here."
I nod my head in response. Today is going to be so much fun.
I get ready, taking a shower, doing my hair and picking out some nice clothes. It's already 4 o'clock but everyone wanted to meet earlier. I go to my cousins room to see if she's ready. I walk in to see her on her phone talking to somebody.
"Ok Reddy I'll see you soon."
"Bye Ash."
"Bye"
She hangs up the phone and turns around to see me.
"Reddy? Really."
She rolls her eyes at me and smiles.
"Can I help you?"
It's pretty obvious that they like each other. It kills me everyday to hear them flirting.
I hear the doorbell ring, that must be Gina!
"You two need to hurry up and get together already. Also one of my friends from the gym is picking us up." I say before going downstairs leaving her surprised.
I see Uncle Dennis open the door and invite them in. I run to the door excited to meet Gina.
"Hey Terrie! Hey, you must be Gina, I'm EJ and I've heard so much about you. I heard you like to dance. We have a lot of just dance so the next time you come over we can play!"
Ok, maybe I'm a little too excited.
"Ok EJ don't scare her away." Uncle Dennis says making everyone laugh.
"It's fine, and I would to play Just Dance with you sometime. But I would like to warn you I'm very competitive and like to win." She says with a smile.
I know we are going to get along very well.
Her mom hugs her goodbye and leaves.
I guid her to the living room and we sit on the couch. We talk for a while and I get to know her better. She's 15, her and her mom move a lot, she loves dance and has been doing it since she was 6 and she wants 1 pet snake and a two birds when she's older.
Kind of strange but cool.
Ashlyn comes downstairs already to go. We both stand up. She looks at Gina confused and looks at me.
"This is Gina, her mom works with Uncle Dennis and she'll be going to East High in September."
She instantly puts a smile on her face and shakes her hand.
"Hi I'm Ashlyn, his cousin."
We hear a car outside and I look out the window. It's Brookelynn. We all go outside and Brookelynn leans on her car waving to us.
"That's your friend?" Ashlyn says surprised.
"Yeah why?"
"You didn't tell me she looks like model. Dose Nini know her."
Oh right! Nini doesn't know that I'm bring two girls with me. For all I know she probably thinks they're dudes.
We walk to the car and I introduce everyone.
"No but it's fine."
I hope it'll be.
"Guys this is my friend Brookelynn, Brooklyn this is my cousin Ashlyn and my friend Gina."
Gina looks at me and smiles when I call her my friend.
"Nice to meet you Ashlyn. And I already know Gi." She says.
"You do?"
"Yeah she was the first person I met when my mom and I moved here. She goes to that gym you go to."
Wait! Does Gina know Brook and I have powers?
We all get in the car and drive to the plaza where the theater is. We walk to the entrance and see everyone talking. Ricky looks up at me and smiles. My stomach starts to go crazy and I can feel my heart beating really fast.
"You like him."Brooke says with a smirk.
It wasn't a question it was like she was telling me.
"What! No I don't, he's just my friend. Besides I'm not into guys like that." I whisper the last part.
"Ok. Whatever you say"
I ignore her and introduce her to everyone.
"Hey guys! These are my friends Brookelynn and Gina."
They all say hi and introduce themselves.
I walk over to Nini and give her a kiss. She has that look on her face when she feels uncomfortable.
"Are you ok? It's ok that they're here right?"
"Yeah of course, it's just...never mind."
I kiss her again harder and she kisses me back putting her arms around my neck.
"You know I love you right?"
She smiles up at me and we share another kiss.
"Alright love birds let's go, we don't want to miss the movie." Kourtney says.
We all head inside and order our tickets and food. As we all wait for our food I see Ricky and Gina talking. They seemed to get along fast, it doesn't sit with me right.
We end up going to see 2 Hearts. We all sit in one row with Big Red at the end, then Ashlyn, Kourtney, Seb, Carlos, Brookelynn, Gina, Ricky, Me and Nini. They were showing the previews and I could see Ricky laughing at something Gina showed him on her phone.
"Hey how do you know them?" My girlfriend ask.
"Well I only met Gina today, her mom works with my uncle and she's going to East High, and I met Brook at the gym."
She nods her head and glares at them. I start to eat the popcorn and Ricky smacks my hand away.
"Don't start eating the popcorn! You'll finish it before the movie starts." He whines.
Me, Nini and Ricky decided we would get a big box of popcorn to share.
"Oh my gosh, I tell him that every time but he never listens." Nini says laughing.
Ricky just nods his head. The smile that was on his face was gone. He turns back to Gina and starts talking again. Dose he not like Nini?
Nini sighs. I don't know why he acts totally different around Nini. He becomes instantly upset or annoyed.
"I don't know what I did wrong." She says with a frown.
"It's ok babe I'm sure he's just trying to get comfortable around you."
She nods her head with a sad smile and I put my arm around her. The movie starts and we all start to watch.
During the movie me and Ricky's hand kept touching in the popcorn box. I was trying my best not to go crazy. He would always mumble a small sorry and go back to the movie.
When the movie ended it was 5: 50 so we went walking around the plaza. We end up going to a bunch of stores even a toy store. I end up buying Nini a stuffed yellow bunny
"Thanks babe I'll add it to my collection."
I look over at Ricky. He's with Gina pretending to sword fight with plastic swords. I wish I was- no stop it EJ! After we leave the store we go to a restaurant and eat there.
As the lady is showing us our booth Nini pulls my shirt.
"How about I sit next to Ricky! He'll have to talk to me that way."
"Well maybe you shouldn't force-"
But before I could finish she hurries up and grabs Ricky's arm.
"Hey! You wanna sit next to me?" She says.
"Um" Ricky hesitates.
"Ok good." My girlfriend says.
She sits in the booth and pulls Ricky next to her. I sit next to him and Gina sits next to me.
"Looks like your girlfriend has a crush on Ricky." Gina says.
"Haha very funny." I say I say rolling my eyes playfully.
The waiter came and we told him our order. We all started talking and I feel like everyone is getting along well.

Ricky Pov-

Why?
Why did she want to sit next to me? Why does she try so hard to get me to like her? Can't she get the hint that I don't want anything to do with her!
"So, what's your favorite thing to do? Other then skateboarding."
I sigh and roll my eyes. "I don't know. I don't do anything other then skateboarding."
She nods her head and goes on her phone.
Ugh finally, she can shut up and stop talking.
She gasp making me jump and she stares at me excited.
"You know what we should do?" She ask.
I just look at her confused and she continues.
"You should let me take photos for you for your instagram. It's one of my many talents." She says proudly.
Is she serious right now.
I shake my head. "No I don't like taking pictures and I don't post on my Instagram."
"Oh come on please Rick."
Uhh who said she could call me Rick?!? Maybe if I tell her yes she'll leave me alone.
"Ok fine."
She squealed making me cover my ears.
"I'm so excited! This is going to be great. Ok I'm going to need your number and your insta."
I give her my number and I was a little hesitant to tell her my instagram. I don't have a lot of followers like everyone else dose. I have her my at and was waiting for her to laugh but she didn't. She didn't say anything.
The waiter comes with all our food and we start to eat and talk about random stuff. Nini keeps talking to me but I just nod my head smiling at my phone. EJ is texting me these stupid jokes which he thinks are so funny. Even tho we're sitting right next to each other. We finished eating and we all put some money in, except me because EJ wouldn't let me.
It was now 7:15 and we were all walking to the parking lot saying our goodbyes. Me and Big Red skated here and put our skateboards in Carlos car so we went to get it.
"FaceTime me tonight?" EJ asked me.
I smiled at him and nodded. "Can't wait to hear your terrible jokes."
He rolls his eyes and laughs as he turns around to walk to Ashlyn, Brooklyn and Gina.
I turn to Red and see him smirking at me.
I laugh nervously. "What?"
"FaceTime me later?" He says mocking EJ's voice. "Y'all are definitely in a secret relationship."
"Ha, I wish. We just FaceTime each other to talk about random stuff. Oh, and tries to make jokes but they're terrible but he's just so cute when he laughs."
"You are really weird." He says as we skate home.
"Hey what were you and Neens talking about?"
I roll my eyes at the name of that annoying human being.
"She wanted to take pictures of me for my Instagram but I told her I don't post. She kept begging and I wanted her to shut up so I told her yes."
"Uh ok, you weren't mean about it right."
I think back to the restaurant and everything I said. "No."
Red shakes his head and we split our different ways to go home.
"Have fun FaceTiming your boyfriend!" He yells.
"Shut up!" I yell back flipping him off.
I skate home and walk up to the door. I could hear yelling from inside so I turn around. I'm about to walk away when I hear glass break. I quickly unlock the door and open it. I see my mom and dad facing each other and broken glass on the other side of the room.
"What going on?" I ask slowly walking towards them.
"You want to tell him?" My dad ask.
"Tell me what?"

Ohhhhh cliffhanger! Anyways how's everyone doing. I made a tumblr account and they have a lot of RJ content on there, which is what I live for. I'm still trying to figure out how it works but I like it. If you want to follow it it's rjstannie and my insta is rjstannie4life
