She was different; she wasn't like other girls that he met. She was an independent girl. And she was caring deep inside though she was overly sarcastic and she seems not. And she was cute though she was weird. This is what Leo thought of her.

Leo then immediately got rid of his thoughts when he suddenly heard the door of their dorm creaked open. He then looked back and saw Capricorn who seemed to just got back from study hall. And she was talking to someone over the phone;

"So, Chris, how are we going to talk about the report tomorrow?" she said to the phone, and in a split of a hair, Leo then realized that it was Chris who Capricorn was talking over to the phone.

Leo then waited patiently for Capricorn's and Chris's phone conversation to end. And when Capricorn finally had said 'Bye' to Chris over the phone, it then was Leo's cue that their phone conversation is over.

"Who was that? Chris again?" Leo asked, even though he already knew that it was Chris.

"Hmm?" Capricorn then looked back towards Leo's direction. "Oh that guy earlier? Yes, it was Chris whom I was talking to earlier." Capricorn then added.

Leo then again asked another question, "And............ What were you two talking about?" He said.

Capricorn then scoffed, "Its none of your business." She said, with traces of threat and sarcasm in her voice. "And oh-- Where are the others?" She then asked, looking around the dorm as she realized that it was only just Leo and her who were in the dorm at that time.

"They're not here. They all went somewhere and who knows wherever that is. So can you tell me now what you and Chris were talking about?" Leo then said, replying Capricorn's question and asking her back.

"I told you, its none of your business." Capricorn then said. "And why are you so nosy about that huh?" Capricorn then again asked Leo, crossing both of her arms and arching an eyebrow at him.

Leo then suddenly ran out of words to answer Capricorn's question. As he was startled of Capricorn's sudden question and he also didn't knew what to tell Capricorn to answer her question.

Seconds merely passed by and silence was ruling the atmosphere between Leo and Capricorn.

Capricorn then immediately took the chance of breaking the silence between them, she then scoffed out of nowhere which made Leo to get back to his senses, remembering that he was still in front of Capricorn.

"Tss. You were so nosy about my own business yet you wouldn't give me a definite explanation on why you would want to know about other people's conversations." Capricorn then stated, shooking her head to and fro, before continuing to walk past Leo and was about to take the stairs when--

"Do you know why............ I was asking you those questions?" Leo then asked, facing Capricorn's direction, making Capricorn pause from going upstairs, taken aback by Leo's questions.

"Why?" Capricorn replied, but not looking back at Leo.

And again, silence then ruled the atmosphere for a few seconds. But the silence surrounding them then was broken as Leo suddenly let out a sigh and said, "Because............" with his voice fading at the end.

"Because?" Capricorn then asked impatiently.

"Because............ I like you." - Leo

And what Leo said, made Capricorn look back at him with an 'are you serious' expression drawn on her face.

"What the hell is he talking about? Oh wait-- could this be-- A DARE OR A PRANK FROM THE OTHERS?!" Capricorn thought to herself.

Even though how awkward her current situation was, Capricorn then managed to compose herself and pull herself together to face Leo confidently before telling him, "Leo, I'm not in the mood for jokes and pranks right now." Capricorn then said, thinking that what Leo said earlier was a joke, a funny joke.

"I'm serious right now, Capricorn." Leo then replied, while trying to settle a cool and serious expression in front of Capricorn.

And yet again, the awkward silence then again ruled the atmosphere between Leo and Capricorn. Making their current situation more awkward and weird between the two.

"Is he serious??? Leo must be totally out of his mind......" Capricorn then thought, still in disbelief that the person whom she last thought that could like her, had really liked her all this time.

Yet again, Leo then again let out a sigh, "I know that its hard to believe but--" "Stop. Stop... Let's just...... Talk about this for some other time..." Capricorn then cutted Leo off, speed-walking towards upstairs, leaving Leo alone at the living room.

"She must've been so shocked..." Leo then thought...

The night then eventually came and the others then came back from wherever they were from. But both Leo and Capricorn didn't told anyone about what happened just hours earlier. And the two also haven't exchanged a word since that awkward encounter earlier.

And not long after, the Zodiacs were in their bedroom with their roommates;

"And I really couldn't believe that he would actually-- Hey, hey Cappie. Cappie, are you listening to me?" Virgo then asked Capricorn, as Virgo noticed that Capricorn was dazing off and was staring into space.

And this made Capricorn quite startled by Virgo's call, "U-uh, yeah. I-I'm still listening to you..." she then said, while again focusing on Virgo's story.

But, as she listened, Leo's earlier confession kept bugging her thoughts until she thought;

"I could've also liked you and felt feelings towards you. I could've also had let my guard down for a while and let myself feel other feelings but.................. I just can't. I just can't let myself fall that easily. And I just can't take the risk. I just don't want to get hurt again. And I just can't go back to that cycle again......"
