Chapter 5

Y/N wears his clothes and prepares himself for today. He looks at himself in the mirror and he takes a deep breath.

"I'm sorry Yena-ya. We have to break up. I'm really sorry. Okay... that's all I have to say, right?" He puffed out his cheeks as he breathe out.

"Alright."

He goes downstairs to eat breakfast with his parents. Y/N decided to stay with them for a week or so. Meeting the people who always give him comfort and happiness is a therapeutic move on his part.

"You look great today, son." His father complimented him as soon he saw him coming down the stairs.

"Thanks, dad." He smiled.

"You only say that to your son?" His mom cut off their interaction.

"Of course you look great too. You look stunning." The gentleman gives her a wink.

"Actually, I don't have to say anything because I'm living with a goddess." His mom starts to blush at his father's words while her mind is still in a bewildered state.

"Aigoo aigoo. Stop it you two lovebirds." Y/N slurps his soup while glaring at the two people sitting in front of him.

"Ah, right! When will you introduce us to our potential daughter-in-law, Y/N?" His father asked and his mood plummeted down.

"Oh come on dad. Too early!"

"We're curious about her." His mom added.

"I... I'll show her once I'm ready." He replied to them.

"Alright then." They both smirk at each other.

After the lovely breakfast, Y/N goes to the campus after bidding goodbye to his parents.

While he was walking, a girl was running and accidentally bumped into him making her things fall. Y/N quickly crouches down and helps her pick up her things.

"I'm really sorry miss."

"I should've said that. I'm the one who bumped into you." Y/N looked at her and he sees a beautiful girl in front of him.

"I'm really sorry." Her eyes meet with his and everything turns into slow mode. Only after ten seconds or so that they realize they've been staring at each other.

"Ah~ You're also a university student." He noticed her ID card.

"Y-Yes." She answered.

"Here." He hands her the books he's holding.

"Thank you."

"You're welcome."

"Thank you again. I have to hurry." She bows at him and runs away. She dropped her hairpin and Y/N noticed it.

"Uh excuse me! You dropped... this..." He picks up the hairpin and puts it in his pocket. Since he doesn't see the girl anymore, he continues his way to campus.

He arrives and immediately got greeted by Jae who's also arriving at the same time as him.

"Hey Y/N!" Jae happily greets him.

"Oh hyung." He waves and smiles at him.

"How's it going?" Y/N bumped his fist with Jae's.

"Good. What about you hyung?" He throws his question back at him.

"The same as always." Jae stretches out his arms. As they're walking to their class, they saw Yena flirting with a boy in the hallway.
