Chapter 13

*ring ring*

Yena wakes up to the sound of her flip phone ringing. She picks it up while her eyes are still closed.

"Hello?" She said in a raspy voice.

"Hello, Yena ssi. This is Chanhee. I have arrived nearby your home." Hearing that, Yena immediately sits up and opens her eyes in surprise.

"Y-Yes?! Uhh, give me 15 minutes! I have to prepare myself."

"Alright." She ends the call and hurriedly washes her face with mineral water in a bottle.

She strips off her clothes and pours all the water on her body. After that, she wears an outfit and hurriedly goes to search for Chanhee.

Chanhee sees her from afar and horned at her. She noticed the sound and looked at the car where Chanhee is inside. She runs towards him and enters the passenger's seat beside him.

"I'm sorry I'm late." However, her smell wouldn't go away that easily.

"Uhh... I think we need to go shopping first. You are... not in a good condition."

"What do you mean? I'm alright."

"No, I didn't mean that. Your odor..."

"A-Ah... I don't have any perfume. Sorry..."

"Well, I'll inform the chairman first. We're gonna go shopping for some clothes and perfume. Also, your hair color is all faded now. We need to do your hair and do your makeup."

"B-But I don't have any money for that..."

"Don't worry. The chairman will provide money for you."

"B-But.."

"No buts. We'll go now Yena ssi." Chanhee drives to the shopping mall with Yena to buy her clothes.

Once they arrive, Yena hesitates to go inside the mall but she goes there anyway. Chanhee brings her to a clothing store. They enter a fancy-looking store. It was Yena's first time stepping there since 4 years ago.

She would always observe clothing stores from afar while she's doing her work but could never get the opportunity to enter it since she doesn't have any money.

"Pick what you like Yena ssi." She looks through the clothes and there were a lot of good clothes to choose from.

But once she saw the price tag, she gasped and shakes her head.

"Chanhee ssi, this is too expensive! Can't we just go to a bundle and buy cheaper clothes?"

"You need a proper outfit for work. Please choose two formal outfits and some casual outfits."

"But all of these are expensive..."

"Don't worry. The chairman will cover the expense of your outfits." Yena hesitates and thinks for a moment. She wasn't sure whether to choose the outfits or not. But she decided to just choose it.

"Well... if you say so, I'll choose it." She chooses two formal outfits and three casual outfits.

"Only these?" Chanhee asked and she nods.

"Uhh... will that be enough?"

"I still have my clothes."

"Well alright then. The underwear section is over there. I'll wait here for you to choose. You can choose how many you want."

"Alright..." She goes towards the section and sees underwear in many different sizes. She picks underwear of her size and then goes back to Chanhee.
