crazy over you

Here I am, standing in front of his office doors just like I did when he admitted his identity to me. The girls really meant what they said and dressed me up perfectly.

Gone with the loose cardigan I wore earlier and replaced with a denim shirt and black high-waist, flare trousers. They also did my make up and styled my hair making me look more professional and to be honest, I'm very, very happy to have friends like them because friends like them nowadays are hard to find.

With a deep breath, I knocked on his door and after I retreated on my spot, the door opened immediately, as if he's really waiting for me and just the thought of it makes my heart flutter.

"you look great." that's the first thing he said when he saw me and it kinda boost my ego knowing that Kim Taehyung kept on showering me complements.

"likewise." I responded.

I maintained my poker face after I smiled at him when I entered. I am dead nervous right now; my hands and lips were trembling but I tried to hide it. I don't even know why I still get nervous around him after what we did.

He let me sit in one of the stools as he went back to his seat in front of me. We didn't utter a word. I was just waiting for him to speak but he's still shuffling on the pile of folders on his desk.

Finally, he seems to find what he's looking and faced me. He opened the folder and check it for a while before he spoke.

"Ms Kim, about your designs," I sighed in relief, knowing that we're going to talk about business.

"What about it Mr, ?" I asked and my voice quivered.

"I'm pretty sure that the board will approve your works since it's all perfect, " he said as he showed me the sketches we passed earlier. I can feel my cheeks getting warm with his complement.

"thank you, " I smiled, "but, this is mine and Chaeyoung's work, why didn't you include her for coming here?" I inquired.

He leaned back to his chair and a smirk crept up to his face, "I just want some alone time with you, is that bad?" His response made me choke the air I was inhaling as I widen my eyes.

"What?"

"You heard me, " he winked.

"You're crazy!" I declared and shot him a glare. I am now treating him like he's not my boss after I heard him. Seriously, he's crazy. Who would've thought like that? A person with their right mind would never do such thing.

using work as a reason to have an alone time with me is very immature. Knowing him, he's very professional especially when it comes to work but what happened?

My trail of thoughts got interrupted when I felt him moving.

"I am crazy, " He stood up and leaned on my left ear, "crazy over you." He whispered which sent shivers throughout my entire body. Oh my God, my knees trembling, "and only you." I can feel his breath fanning over my neck, and I feel like I'm melting. It's so warm.

Shit.

Can someone tell my why is it so hot here? The aircon is obviously in max temp but why am I feeling hot?

He backed away from me and a smirk of victory was painted on his face after he saw my state. I recovered from being dazed and stared at him in horror as the situation dawned me.

"Well, sorry Mr Kim but I still have tons of work to do. We can talk about us later, bye!" And with that I stood up and flashed him a forced smile before I turned my back at him.

"So there's an us?" He spoke and that made me stop on my tracks. What does he mean? Did I say u- OH MY GOD!

I widen my eyes as I realized what I said, what the fuck Jen! I mentally scolded my self for being unconscious with my words, now, I have to deal him taking advantage of me.

"Oh, haha, " I laughed awkwardly as I turned around, "I- I did.. I mean- no- It's- that's not what I mean. Uh- I was - uhm- what I mean is that we'll tal-"

I cut my words off when he stood up and walked towards me making me froze on my spot. As he got closer, I held my breath and looked down to avoid his deadly gaze.

He didn't stop walking even if he's already in front of me making me stumble backwards until I realized that I'm trapped when my back grazed against the wall.

"What if we'll talk about us now? " he spoke, emphasising the word, mocking me.

I quickly looked up and responded, "that's not what I mean, okay?"

"That's exactly what you said." He argued as he placed his hands inside the pocket of his pants.

"Well, I- I real-" I wasn't able to finish what I was about to say when he caught my lips.

He stole a kiss from me! I know it was just a quick peck but still,

"How dare you!" I pushed his face away and throw him a glare, "that's very disrespectful, you know?!" I exclaimed but I can also feel my cheeks burning, 

"I'm sorry, it's just that....you're so irresistible." He reasoned and distanced himself while scratching the back of his neck.

"You should control yourself. It's not good to just kiss someone you know? What if I'm not the one standing in front of you and you suddenly had the urge to kiss-"

"I have self control for your information," he cut me off then another smirk formed on his face that makes me want to rip off.

He leaned in once again which made me lean back. He's literally invading my personal space but I can do anything about it because I can't utter a single word with our stance right now.

"But I can't control myself when it comes to you." There it goes again. That deep and husky voice lingering over my ear makes my knees go weak. Good thing I'm leaning onto a wall right now or else I'll literally melt in front of him.

"Let's go on a date. I want to get to know you more." I was left dumbfounded at his words. What the fuck? Why am I becoming like this?!

I cAme back to my senses and shoot him a glare while he just winked in response.

Oh my God!

I closed my eyes I'm frustration as I realised that he's toying me and the fact that I'm actually affected with his words is making me embarrassed.

Please, ground, open up and eat me.

I can't stand the embarrassment I'm feeling right now and I just want to get out of this place and never come back again.

With one last look, I muttered a curse at him before I stormed out angily.

I am never going back in that place again! I promised myself and made my way back to Lisa's department.

When Jennie went out of his office, he released a little chuckle as he enjoyed her flushed and annoyed figure getting all blury until she reaches Lisa's office and went inside it.

When she's completely out of his sight, he went back to his chair and checked his computer. After a while, he texted Lisa to cancel all of his meetings and told her that he needs to go home early because there's still a date he needs to  host and attend.

After Lisa replied an 'okay', he also told her to messaged one of his closest friends, Seokjin, an owner of a fine restaurant located in New Jersey and told him to cook all of the dishes and reserved a secure place for them to have a private conversation.

And with that, he smiled and muttered a ,'all ready!', feeling a little proud of himself for hosting a date for the first time so quick.
