The mammoth hunt
Tomorrow, the tribe hunters plan on taking the pack mammoth hunting. Mammoth hunting was risky but it was done when Karakul would have a slow breeding seasons and after the saber attack, the karakul breeding process is a lot more slower so a large hunt is needed. Lets see how we manage to prevail.

This is blasphemous! After everything I've done, they want me to sit this one out? Are you kidding me?! I'm getting ahead of myself. What has happened? Well I was told by the tribe hunters, that I couldn't come along because it would be too dangerous for a "lady". I get it. I do. I haven't been here long and all I've truly hunted was stags but come on! Zulu is my partner. They just can't take him and run on fights whenever they want.
I guess Zulu can sense that I'm not too happy with this arrangement so he plopped his butt down right next to me and refused to leave my side. I didn't tell him different. I was not going to let them do this without me.
Eita came over eventually to tell them that, yes I am allowed to come. After a bit of a heated discussion, we finally got ready for the hunt. I marched on the ground with Zulu, Eita and the rest of the hunters, while Chris commanded the sled that New Dog was leading.
Zulu was able to quickly track a herd for us. It consisted of three mammoths. The hunters went over the plan of the hunt, Zulu and the bigger dogs attacked head on. Hunters attacked from the sides and the smaller dogs would be an extra pest the mammoths would have to deal with nipping at their feet. Time to hunt.
