"now, listen to me and obey." the fox demanded, he came off as arrogant and manipulative. his body arched towards hers making her feel extremely uncomfortable.
"uh- can you distant yourself ?" she backed up, moving one big step away from the fox, that act alone made the fox feel a sense of anger in due to the disobedience.
"quite disobedient of you, listen here doll, there's no such thing as a distant between us." the fox approached her once again, he wasn't about to back down and give her personal space. to him, those didn't seem to be important.
chaeri couldn't help but feel nervous with him getting so close to her making her gulp, every time she would see him get closer, the faster she blinked.
she rubbed the surface on her arm, trying to ease the goosebumps that appeared in due to the fear that crawled within. you could visibly see the tears that was starting to form in her eyes.
the fox only laughed at how miserable she was feeling, she felt horrible that she couldn't stand up for herself. she was too much of a coward to do so. he enjoyed it- making her feel small, boosting his egotistical attitude.
he was always called to be powerless in the house of fox, the foxes there were much more superior making him feel undeniably powerless.
foxes weren't high on the rankings, thus being a powerless fox in the forest really could break down one's self esteem and ego. they'd crave for any sort of experiences that'd give them superiority- be it through kind or evil ways.
"what do you want?" she grumbled, annoyed she was. she couldn't bare just standing face to face with the fox that held her hostage for god knows what.
"i just want you." the fox replied, how unoriginal that answer was, it was so cliche it made chaeri want to gag. coming from a fox like him, she couldn't help but find it disgusting.
"well that's cliche." she chuckled before folding her arms together, there she stood feeling like she was being toyed around.
the fox didn't care about asking for consent, all he wanted was something or someone- anything that could make him feel more powerful.
he wanted affirmation that he was strong, that he had a voice in the crowd- he was sick of being always mistreated by the ones higher than him. he wanted to experience the life of being the top of the ranking.
the life where everyone respects you and obeyed to your instructions and orders. a life that'd make you feel like royalty, having people work for you and do things you command them to do.
foxes weren't far from humans, both creatures are selfish and full of themselves- never did they care about the ones that are lower than them.
"oh yeah, i didn't get your name yet." the fox looked at chaeri, expecting her to give him a name that he could call her by.
"and why would i give it to you ?" she laughed, finding him ridiculous for thinking she'd obey to everything he would say.
in the meantime, mr. fox wasn't too happy with how she was acting- being so independent, disobedience was what he could see of her.
"you're getting feisty, and i don't like it." the fox stated, wanting to claim back the dominance he had over her in the start of the confrontation.
