"Yes, I prefer not to talk about Onii-sama but he is not a normal man, his autism got the better of him. He always achieve feats on his own, by himself successfully to make up for his autism. He is a badass revered by all. I haven't seen him for a long time I don't know why anytime I past him by chance in public, I would get nervous and resort to extremely polite speech and bow 90 degrees in front of him. Every time I invited him to play with my friends, he told me to go play alone with them and would not want to join.
There's also a lot of pressure for the rest of us, the golden fact was imprinted deep in our minds that we would never surpass Onii-sama. I resorted to climbing to equal ground to stand with my other brother who I see as equal, and calling him by just his given name. He led the rebellion with me in the same group among may others, and strangely I was closer to the other fellow members than to him. Many of my friends (fellow rebellion members) were killed, the rebellion was a failure. I hate very much to say this, but I'm right-handed while he's left handed, my left eye is blue while his right eye is blue, I wear a left scouter while he... also wears a left scouter. It must be debilitating for him, adding on to him hated being loved, he thinks I'm childish and dosen't take me seriously. Whenever he tries to attack me I trained myself to fight back, something I lose the ability to do when Onii-sama does the same. Basically I hate him, even if he saved me from death once. I heard he had a girlfriend from an enemy country already so he wouldn't spend much time with me.
I hate to talk about my older siblings because it made me a loser in comparison. I am told that my bento sucks compared to theirs, and in general."
Shitatari, without her scouter, sobbed and cried, making the paragraph above sound extremely broken. She had just wasted an entire packet of tissues. Ayanokoji listened intently, forming an interested look as his experience in the White Room had never gotten vibrant due to constant systematic training and no courses on social life, even with siblings. Horikita only has one known brother, and her brother would not go as far violent as the two mentioned, even if he tried to assault her in the school campus where one can easily walk pass watching the scene.
"Your oldest brother sounds like my brother"
"Is he this bad? I heard from my friends who have older brothers that they were caring and like a normal brother. I feel that my family is messed up though."
"It may be quite unusual for you, but I wouldn't interfere with your matters."
"My younger siblings were more ordinary though, so I guess it's no use to talk about them."
A certain rebellious chuuni boy and an internet addict girl would not pique a sane person's interest at this point, and probably if Shitatari were to spend too much time talking about them, the other two would have either fell asleep or left her room.
"I see, you're like Nanase. I saw her last time, she was a 1st-year last year. She's a bokukko in close inspection. By any chance did you pick up your talking style from your brothers?"
A/N: Long blonde hair, bokkuko and slight Japanese male speech patterns in general. I see a coincidence.
"More like it is my own, ironically I adopted most of my feminine qualities from my brothers instead."
What a way to add a humorous twist to lighten the mood, part and parcel of a certain Ayugahigashi's sense of humor.
"Your surname is quite unusual, by chance which part of Japan did you originate from?"
"I rather not say. But I'm part French."
"I see."
The three had a chat about trivial matters once in a while, and it was no surprise they were secretly gamers for a while due to the release of a new popular game downloadable on their mobile devices. A great balance between academics and games.
"How did you manage to get 100 in art? Our art teacher is a living hell for us, you know?"
Ayanokoji added. Even with the Piano, Calligraphy and Tea Ceremony he only got a 99, and his art teacher had unrealistically high standards.
"I come from a family with art talents, we utilize it every now and then, including decorating our rooms and changing our appearances. One would assume I am probably an artist based on my appearance, but to an ordinary person they would think I am a freak no matter how much I think otherwise."
"I'm used to freaks. You blend well with the other students as most of them are honestly freakish in my opinion."
"Ayanokouji-kun, I second this."
"To be honest, even though I see a sizeable number of ordinary-looking students, none of you look normal either. Your personalities just make it worse, I guess."
"Hmm, that's true."
Shitatari opened her gallery app to search for a picture of a polluted ocean for their assignment, but accidentally scrolled to reach a picture of her and her siblings.
"You're the odd one out. Are you adopted?"
"I get that a lot."
"You all don't look like you get along well."
"We have quite the bond already,"
"Are you all adults?"
"Yes if you count teenagers. My younger siblings haven't reach 20 yet. And it is rare to see Onii-sama in the same picture with the rest of us. Usually he has so many other things to do."
"Oh I see."
"Anyway, here's the picture I wanted to show you two."
A picture of the Pacific Ocean she captured. It was stunning at that angle, clear, with the right exposure and 64MP. Taken not with a powerful camera, but a sufficiently advanced potato since she lost her actual camera that time.
"The ocean is not like before, things change in just a year."
"That's true, human litter plays a big part."
They were quieter, as they went back to the assignment about ocean litter.
A/N: Who wants a Hirata story? It would be far wackier and 18+ I promise
