Summer...

"Are you sure you can do it?" Gally asked when we made our way towards the vent opening in the garages. Gally had a dark WICKED guard uniform on, in hand holding one of the electrifying weapons. Compared to the single little black gun that I had in my holster he had a much bigger advantage.

"Stop worrying you are reminding me of Newt," I muttered stretching a bit before I will have to fit myself into the limited space.

"I just want you to know that you have other options," Gally said reaching up to get rid of the lid of the vent.

"Yeah? Like what, fitting into this guard outfit with you? Sorry but I am not the type for shared costumes." I said sarcastically. Gally huffed a bit, taking the lid off and placing it on the ground quietly so we wouldn't attract the attention of the guards.

"You remember which way you ought to go?" Gally asked turning towards me. I gave him a nod and he helped me to reach the opening of the vent. I crawled in, a sound of Gally closing the vent was the last thing I heard before crawling around the corner.

According to the plan, I should get towards the sublevel three. The plans of the building indicate that this vent should lead right over the main panel. Let's hope I actually remember the way how I said.

Space here is more than limited. I am all cramped here, the others probably wouldn't be able to get through. Gally sure not, with his height he wouldn't fit nor Newt. And I would have to seriously do some measurements on Thomas but I guess his broad shoulders wouldn't allow him to move here as freely.

So...it was forwards, left, right, right, left, and then just listen for the gunfire. Simple as that. I was pushing my way through when a jolt of pain rushed through my body, paralyzing me for a split second. I saw black. My throat closing in on me and I was left gasping for breath. My eyes creating intimidating visions of death and blood. Angry rush filled my veins, I could feel them pulsing, every fiber in my body being filled with uncontrollable rage.

"Summer? Summer? We're in. You're almost there?" Thomas' voice asked through the walkie. The cracking voice of my friend made the virus back away slightly. I could once again see everything in front of me. The pulsing of my veins calming down as I breathe out a sigh of relief once the pressure on my throat loosened. "Summer? Can you hear me?" Thomas' stressed voice rung through the transmitter again and I sighed reaching to my back pocket to grab it.

I shuffled a bit in the cramped space, in an attempt to bring the walkie as close to my mouth as possible. I pressed the button on the side and waited for the cracking sound.

"I am fine, relax. I'll be there." I said slowly crawling forwards again. I could practically see the relieved faces of the boys once they heard my voice. I know I might have sounded a bit tired and worn out but slithering through here isn't particularly easy.

"All right, just making sure." Thomas' voice said through the walkie softly and I sighed.

"Come on Tomboy, you know you can trust me." I grinned at my words but a scratching of my throat urged me to cough again. The fit ended after a few seconds and just then I realized I left my thumb pressed against the button so the walkie picked up on everything and the boys could hear.

"Summer..."

"Don't." I stopped Thomas from talking. "Just move your asses I won't be waiting there for you forever," I said in a jokingly stern tone and finished the conversation. The walkie got put back into my pocket as I started to the right.

It took a few minutes of crawling but I think I got to the right place. I looked through the holes to see the tops of the heads of some WICKED workers. They were all focused on the screens of computers.
