"Himeko! Ouy gising!"

No response.

"I'm coming in!"

Pagbukas ko ng pintuan, hindi ko siya nakita. Pero tingnan mo, anggulo ng kwarto niya. Why is it like this? I always knew how organize her room was. Kaya't nababaguhan ako dito.

"Hmm? Sa'n yun?"

My eyes wandered and went to a journal on top of the table. Pagbukas ko, it was gibberish. I couldn't understand a thing.

What symbols are these? Is this what she calls the Alphabet?

"Put that down Lisandrei."

I heard her say from behind.

"No matter how hard you try, you can't read those," she added.

As I looked behind, napansin kong bagong ligo ito. Nakabihis na rin siya at may tela pa ring nakapalibot sa buhok nito. Her hair was dripping wet. Her eyes, covered by those drenched hair. Tumutulo na nga yung tubig sa sahig.

"Can you even read these?" sabay pakita nung isang page sa kanya.

"I can," her tone was cold.

Whoah there, did something happen?

I started scanning the journal. She didn't stop me. Hindi naman din kasi ako makakabasa nito. Grabe, ngayon ko lang na-encounter toh.

"What country are you from again?" I asked.

"Somewhere far. And I couldn't go back," she sounded pissed off because of that question.

Bad mood ah. Pagtingin ko balik, she looked like she had nightmares. I can clearly see those eye-bags.

"You good?"

"Do I look good? Huh? Lisandrei?" she suddenly turned violent but her eyes reflect her pain.

She slammed the door shut. She then straight up sat on the side of her bed and pulled down the cloth on her hair.

"Argh. Damn this."

"Kaya nga nagtanong ako eh," I gently placed the journal back on the table and faced back at her.

"Ansakit ng ulo ko," she started pulling her hair and I can hear her uneven breathing. "I want to go home."

I don't want to bother her dahil parang may kinakaharap siya ngayon. I also have one of those times. Nung ni-raid yung ship ng guild nila papa, I saw it with my own eyes. How they kill him along with my mother. That was always my nightmare. Every night. I even broke some things in my room and wreck everything. Mason was there to bring me back to reality.
